“Dear JM EMBROIDERIES AND COLLECTIBLES, what an amazing selection of products, your craft kits are amazing and your prices are more than fair, as a matter of fact, i could not purchase red blanket binding anywhere locally in s.a. in the colour or width i acquired from you, not even the major stores (spotlight, lincraft) had this item! The fact it was nearly $10 cheaper than anywhere else, well well done guys! The shipping costs were also very fair, and my package arrived most swiftly, excellenty packed and your emails advising the process were fantastic, kept in the loop from the order to arrival! Cannot thank you anough and i most certainly will be a returning customer, many many thanks!!”

“Very easy to order my embroidery threads on line, you have a great stock range, so I can easily get what I need which I find difficult to get even in Metro Melbourne where I live. Your delivery timeframes are excellent. Thank you. I like to tapestry Christmas stockings that are of city scapes. I found a beautiful selection when I was in New York but I don’t seem to be able to find any elsewhere or online, so if you have these or could get them, that would be great.”

“I was very impressed with the service over the phone and online. I had a courtesy call from Mike regarding one of the spools of thread I'd ordered and nothing was a problem to him. My items were shipped out the same day I ordered. For a small family run business, they should be proud of their business ethics. I will certainly be a returning customer!”

“I have just written on your email, will not go through, so I have to do it all again!! The cross stitch Just Married. I have a few queries. The DMC threads are not on the DMC chart. I was worrying that I may not have enough thread etc!! 02, 03, 04, 06, 07. These numbers are not on the DMC chart. Also the cross stitch for the boy,girl and balloons are "half cross stitch" which I think will look unfinished, so if I do it with complete cross stitches, I shall run out of thread! Hope all this makes sense. Regards Sandra. Hope to hear from you soon as I have started it already. I was going to tweak it myself, but hopefully I wont have to!!”

Hi Sandra, Apologies, I have not seen the email, but will look in spam after sending you this message. Colours 02, 03, 04, 06 and 07 are recent additions to the DMC stranded cotton range (actually 01 through to 35). As for the kit and design, these are also made by DMC, and if they state 1/2 cross stitch, that is what they have supplied thread for in the kit and you would need to buy extra thread as required if you were going to do the design in full cross stitch. We do stock the full colour range in DMC stranded cotton, including these new additions if needed.
