“I dealt with Mick regarding the purchase of three crochet hooks. He received two and was waiting for the third. At no time was I asked for payment or told that they were not prepared to hold the two hooks ordered any longer. With the passing of time I felt guilty that I had not paid anything at all even though Mick was prepared to wait until the third hook was received. I found him amazing to deal with, willing to wait, polite and professional. I will be visiting Victoria in February next year and my only regret is that the business is not in metropolitan Melbourne. I would love to have visited and met Mick to give my personal thanks. They have an enormous amount of stuff, well worth a visit on the Web or personally. This is truly old fashioned service that seems to have vanished on our modern times.”

“I bought three spools of Maraflex thread to test it and my shopping experience was wonderful - the spools themselves are listed by the colour code (not always a given when thread shopping online) and the photos were true to colour. My package arrived in SA in three days, great turnaround. I will definitely be buying from JM Embroideries again.”

“This company has a lot of items for sewing and craft. Their prices are better than Spotlight and their range is extensive. Shipping is very quick and if there is ever a problem they are very quick to rectify it! I would highly recommend them!”

Hi Janne, Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the shipping costs charged by Australia Post, especially for international parcels as your order was. This is one reason why we try and keep our item prices as low as possible, to help offset the shipping costs, that only keep going up in today's economic climate.
