“Thank you for the prompt delivery of a beautiful cross-stitch kit (2 kookaburras in a gum tree) that I am now working on with great enthusiasm! Unlike some charts I've worked on in the past, this kit has a chart with easily identifiable symbols, which is so important. The only disappointment was that the Aida cloth provided in the kit is not large enough to allow a sufficient amount of border for framing, so I had to spend an extra $15 to purchase another larger piece. Apart from that, I am very satisfied with the product and hope to revisit you at some stage in the future. Thanks again and kind regards. Ann Moodie”

“Whilst I appreciate that the item was so cheap, it is odd that the postage cost more than the item. I had no other option, as this item is not available for purchase in retail stores.”

“I purchased 5mt of Solvy and the way it was packaged left a lot to be desired It was folded into approx 4 inch square and mailed in a post pack 10 x12 inch Solvy should not be folded that way as it gets holes on the crease line and sticks together it could at least have been folded to fit the envelope anything would have been better rolled would have been the best. Previously I have ordered 18 meters of calico and it came folded into a square That when open came out like a dish rag and took two people half an hour to untangle and reroll I love JM’s products and prices but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired but I will still buy things at times”
