“I told them I wanted to connect on 1 Apr, they sent the wrong connection date causing all sorts of drama for me including an early termination fee. They also gave me an expired rate so there was a price jump between what I saw on the bot and what I was contractually obligated to take.”

“Para mi tienen muy mal servicio, me dieron una fecha para empezar mi servicio y no la cumplieron, no sabes que está pasando con tu nuevo contrato, no contestan el teléfono, tienes que dejar tu nombre y número y no te regresan la llamada, voy a poner una queja”
