“The service was helpful and provided most of the information needed to evaluate different electricity providers. ComparePower did have a helpful graph that showed the annual energy cost based on my previous 12 months of usage. This was felpful when comparing fixed versus variable rates. I was not able to find a way to compare plans with free energy usage. Overall 4 out of 5.”

“Not all plans were presented, I needed two seperate contracts for two seperate homes both under 1000 KWH, Chose a plan for my first address entered my second address and energy bot did not show the plan I moments before had chosen for my first address. Surprisingly there were only higher plans listed.”

“I really appreciate the fact that EB can check my account records and find out about my usage, without my having to find records of my accounts. ( At least, that’s what I think they did.). Then, they presented a small number of companies whose plans might fit my needs, saving me a lot of bother, looking for the companies on my own time. Minimal hassle on my part: that is a very attractive feature. I hope they can resist any temptation to accept money from energy providers, just to get me to buy from their favorite revenue source.”

“I’ve tried many services to help find good energy rates but energy bot seems to have more connections to more plans and pricing. The interface is easy to use and can connect to your meter to get your exact usage to help find the best plan.”
