“There was no information about $10 base for ClearView presented and the Advertised vs "Real" rate were the same implying no hidden fees. The next steps was not provided and caused anxiety given that the new contract date provided was after the old contract expired. No indication of what information I would receive from new company for confirmation/contract.”
