“I was misled in believing I would have electricity turned on without paying a deposit I wasn’t told in advance I had to reach back out and check then receive a e mail after calling and told same thing no deposit until receiving e mail denied and asked for ridiculous amount of deposit non sense I would not ever consider referring no one else they are super desperate for electric”

“I was approved for OnPoint I was doing a switch still haven’t heard back from them they requested documents each time I sent it said email replied to for them was an error. Bot did great job helping get me approved. Just need company to follow through on their end.”

“Scheduled a new service...couldn't get a response via email or phone. When I reached out to the Electric provider I had chose through energy bot, they didn't have record that the order even existed. A big waste of time and energy.”
