“Each time I called had to wait approximately 20 minutes with loud background music. It would be helpful if during the long wait if you were told what number you were in phone line, a re-assuring voice periodically letting you know you would soon get help, etc.”

“I've used Energy Bot for my last two electric provider searches because they found better terms than any of the other sites I visited.
