“Overall, signing up went well, was friendly. I was wondering about making sure my deposit was waved so I called vs. clicked. After about a 10 minute hold, the rep answered my question but said it would probably be easier to enroll online. So I did.... Maybe if you prefer the self-service channel, make a note or additional click somewhere that you'll run a credit check. All worked out though. Service should be transferred today 8/26/24.”

“After searching myself and finding plans that were confusing and did not meet my needs energybot recommended a plan that was custom made for my energy needs. They looked up my annual usage and found me a long term provider that is highly rated and very well priced for my area. I would recommend energy bot to any one who is frustrated with there search for a power provider”

“In my 12+ years navigating Houston’s electricity market, this is probably the first time I can report receiving actual customer service from an actual human. Despite the fact that my concerns were literally caused by my own self, a representative contacted me immediately and genuinely worked to resolve everything.
