“Great tool! Saved me from trying to fix and update a cumbersome spreadsheet created to calculate costs. It’s still very difficult to replicate how much it costs consumers based on the Electricity Facts Label (EFL). EnergyBot easily accessed my prior usage, chose what appears to be the best plan and even estimated energy charges based on the chosen provide.”

“I told them I wanted to connect on 1 Apr, they sent the wrong connection date causing all sorts of drama for me including an early termination fee. They also gave me an expired rate so there was a price jump between what I saw on the bot and what I was contractually obligated to take.”
