“Comparring energy companies can be a real complicated process. Energy Bot made it soo simple, quick and easy for me to do that. Its easy to navigate, and gives you all the information you need up front to make a choice!! Once you do pick an energy carrier Energy Bot takes it one step further....with minimal information,they make the transition easy and finish the switch for you. They take care of everything!! From start to finish it took me less than 5 minutes!!! Impressive”

“Excellent little service, by FAR better than all the "power to choose" like sites out there. The only thing that would make it EVEN better is if when I switched, it would automatically setup my autopay credit card! Do this, and I'll gladly pay for the service! (maybe $5 - 10 /mo) Energy Ogre does this and charges $120/yr but they also automatically choose for you. I don't like that. Your "real rate" makes me just as much of an expert and your reminders to check as well as your price notifications help make me the expert.”

“Called to talk to rep to make sure I was getting the best deal vs the website. Communication was difficult with the rep and couldn’t understand what was going on with my start date. Decided since the same price on line was same they were saying decided to do the online access which was very simple and felt more confident on my info that being entered. Awesome website and great value to a customer. Just phone communion was lacking.”

“Where I live there are many REPs and they often have misleading advertising that make you think you are getting a great deal until you receive your bill. Energy Bot displays the advertised rate and the actual rate. Energy Bot will also show you how everything is calculated and will give you an estimated average bill. Energy Bot is the best site I have found for adding clarity to the murky REP market where I live.”
