“I called Energy Bot on behalf of a client that had a rough move and forgot to put the electricity in their name and only realized it after the power was turned off a few weeks later. I signed up online and called immediately after. Not only did we get an amazing rate, but I was lucky enough to get Pam on the phone who worked all morning to get the power on and to make sure we had all the meters for the building, not just the 1 I signed up. She followed up with us throughout the day and went above and beyond our expectations to help out our client that was overwhelmed and made a mistake. They could have told us what everyone else does that it would take 24-48 hours to get power, but instead went out of their way to help us and kept in touch with us the entire time. Seriously amazing employees and customer service!”

“Excellent. I was doing this by hand with several different providers using the kw usage for each of the last 12 months. This app called up all of the prior kw usage data and input this into the different cost criteria for the providers. This process took about 5-10 min to execute vs 3+ hrs by hand. One by of the best apps I’ve used in a long time!”
