“Since setting up my business it has been crucial to ensure that our employees have a platform to provide feedback and ideas. Engagement Multiplier is a very efficient and easy way to get anonymous comments and a score that gives me the temperature of the business. The standard questions are well conceived and being able to combine these with our own has become invaluable. I don't believe this needs to be sent to our employees more than once a year.”

“We use Engagement Multiplier for our staff surveys. It has flexibility so we are able to create our own questions. The reporting is on the whole pretty good, and it does give our staff confidence that it is anonymous. The only couple of issues we have with them is the surveys are auto scheduled to go out, and we would like to be able to pick our own time to send them, when we feel ready. We were able to delay the last one, but we weren't reminded that it was about to launch, so the questions weren't exactly what we wanted to ask. Also, when staff are completing the survey, they put text that follows on from previous comments, but when the report is produced, the comments don't appear chronologically.”

EM has given us a clear insight into what makes staff here tick, and how we can improve things for the future. “The EM survey is a very powerful tool. The platform is easy to use and the data is formatted in a way that is easy to comprehend, share and identify areas of opportunity. Support from the team, specifically Hollie Forshaw, our dedicated success manager has been really helpful. I do wish the survey terminology was more generic instead of using "Hotel" as many of our employees work at other outlets than the Hotel( Club, Restuarant, Spa, etc)”

“Having used the surveys of Engagement Multiplier since September 2021, I would say that there is a lot of value gained from those staff that participate in the survey. It is important that the questions should be as flexible as possible to ensure staff don't become fed up of surveys. We have signed up to a further 12 months and would certainly recommend Engagement Multiplier to other firms - the opportunity for staff to leave anonymous comments but know that the CEO is responding to all I think is really good and allows staff to be open and honest.”

“The Engagement Multiplier survey is easy to use and seems to be engaging staff members very well. It has provided some interesting anonymous feedback comments from employees, which as a company we have taken on board and carried out. The survey makes you listen to employees and what they are saying to improve staff morale. There are some sections/questions that are not relevant to all our departments, but we are working on how we can change this internally, although I would like to have the option of amending some survey questions on the basic survey questions.”

“Engagement Multiplier has made a tremendous impact on our organization. The tool itself makes it easy to get the true voice of our employees through anonymous surveys. The platform also allows us to follow up directly (while keeping it anonymous) and narrow in on the details that are important to our company. We have been able to gain and implement some tremendous insight with these surveys. It also provides a user-friendly way to view, analyze and share information. Our consultant has also been a vital part of the success we have experienced. She is responsive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and eager to help us utilize Engagement Multiplier in a way that best suits our company. “Good system, completely anonymous, was nervous about whether staff would use it properly and honestly but ended up with some great, very productive responses. The Engagement Multiplier team was helpful and talked us through the responses afterward with further suggestions. The staff seemed to really appreciate the opportunity to have their say.”

“Engagement multiplier is a really useful tool help measure our employees satisfaction. It has a user friendly interface at the point of completion for employees, which is helpful when most want to get it completed with a minimum of fuss. The dashboard and features really allow us to see the data and where we need to focus, and having an opportunity to share all the information with the teams alongside our commitments keeps it transparent and alive. The opportunity to add in our own bespoke questions is another great feature, as we tailor surveys to our requirements.”

“EM has provided much needed insight for our company. We really enjoy using it. Employees generally like taking part too. The only thing I would like to have more help with, is using the actual platform (sometimes get a bit lost in the website) as some of the UX is a little confusing. It would be helpful to have support on how best to use the data once we have it too. I have lots of really useful information gathered but have no idea if I'm using it to the best possible outcome.”

“The platform is easy to use. The results are very helpful for the owners/leaders in looking any areas where improvements need to be made. The suggestion system works really well, employees feel able to feedback any thoughts/suggestions they have and each suggestion is answered by our MD. We will be using this platform to do regular surveys, as well as the 90 survey generated, we want to add some of our own, to keep employees engaging with owners/leaders. My contact Rachel Finnerty has been very proactive and helpful with any queries I have.”
