Paid for next day delivery which in every other internet website means you will receive your goods the next day hence the name I received mine three days later when I emailed to complain i received no apology and was made to look as if I was stupid for expecting next day delivery to be the next day every other website does it so why not the England store you are charging £7.50 for poor poor service.

You have failed to deliver my order I think you have gone to the wrong address as the parcel was 'refused' my wife is the only person here and she knew it was coming so she would have taken it

I placed a order on Friday 25th November for 2 items. I phoned on January 27th to tell them I haven't got the items and was told that 1 item was out of stock so they didn't send the order. But you have my phone number and email address to contact me. It's now 3rd February and I've had 1 item and still no refund for the item that is out of stock. Piss Poor service. Won't be ordering again from this site.

I ordered my goods on 25th November 2016 and received them two months later, not acceptable. I even replied to the order confirmation delivery email but received no reply. I will not order anything again.

Order took over 3 weeks to deliver and only got delivered when I phoned up to query it. One item out of stock but nobody contacted me about this and this held up the order being delivered. Items were great but service appalling. Won't be ordering again!

Deliver driver threw item over the back fence. No note left to say it was delivered. Only noticed on bin day when I went out there in daylight. Wore shirt. Washed it. It completely lost its shape, low quality. Not happy.

Ordered various items on black friday and picked size instock only for the whole order to be delayed and being told one item that my son had picked for his birthday was now out of stock not to be replaced. Dreadful service and no offer of pick another item and we will cover the difference. My last purchase from the FA shop for sure.

Inaccurate size guide on the item brought for children, wanted it as a Christmas gift but it is too small. Can't exchange as the item is sold out.

I brought 10 items from England Store last black Friday, most of them thinking on my family christmas gifts. After TWO WEEKS waiting i called them today and i have been told that out of my 10 items the ONLY HAVE THREE!!! In result of it, we are now 12 days away from Christmas and my on rush trying find gifts. Really poor customer service ( Not blaming the staff NOT THEIR FAULT), no compensation for all the inconveniences its causing me. I definitely not recommend this website.

I can't wait to stick this Euro 2016 patch on my champions Portuguese Shirt. However.....I never received any patch. So how do you expect me to review it, England Store ?!

You sent me the wrong package. On hearing this you said you would send the right package the next day. That was two days ago. I chased you again this morning to ask where the package was and had no response! To add insult to injury this was my nephews birthday present and one he was due to wear for his football tournament on Saturday (which I explained to you).It looks like he will not have it for either! Any response would be good, a positive one would be favourable!

I wanted to order the England Home Shirt in Medium whilst I was in the UK so that I could take it back to Australia with me only to find that it was out of stock. I tried several days running and it was still out of stock. I called the store only to be told that it was out of stock and that they didn't expect new stock to arrive until at least Sept/Oct which I find crazy. I ended up making a trip to London to the Nike store to collect My shirt and have it printed with the appropriate name and number. If the shirts are available from Nike direct then they should be available to order through the official England Store. Kind Regard Ian Harrison

Apart from waiting 5 weeks to receive my order I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the product I ordered the Nike England wind cheater and it came with a stick on England badge and Nike tick for £60 I least expected a proper sewn on badge and tick so overall not happy
