On line order process did not state whether items were available or not. Ended up waiting eight weeks for delivery when items were readily available elsewhere.

I ordered them for a game a little ahead like 5 days And received them three months later with no apology a sorry or compensation gift

Really bad communication with regards to information of stock. One of the items I ordered was out of stock but two were in stock, therefore we had to wait until they were all in stock but we weren’t told this, only found out because I questioned where my order was. Will be looking to shop elsewhere as it’s cheaper quicker and more realiable.

I ordered an item which did not arrive. I telephoned and was promised an email telling me what was happening. I did not receive an email and have emailed twice since to find out what was happening and have received no response.

I opted for next day delivery service and didn’t receive my order till 3 days later they nothing but rip off company who are only to happy to take your money and not provide a service

Hi Ian, Thank you for your feedback, please be advised that any orders that are placed for express delivery will be delivered for the next working day. We have looked into this and as the order was placed on a Friday, we were able to dispatch your order from our warehouse on the Friday, this was delivered successfully on the next working day Monday. however I can see from our order records that everything has been resolved. Wrong size item sent. Had to return it to get the right item. Had to ask about refund of postage payment rather than that being mentioned by you. Still waiting for postage cheque weeks later. Disappointing.

Firstly your website is very difficult to manoeuvre around and not user friendly at all. Some hyperlinks just take you back to the home page, so you go round in circles. Secondly I've been sent a kit that won't fit my child after poor misleading advertising on the website stating it's 3-8 years old which is a very big range. Your size guide isn't explained as per below, as if that was seen then I wouldn't have ordered, please see picture attached. XS shows 6-aug which I assumed was a typo and meant 6-8 age as S is 8-10 age

I have purchased 2 England tshirt. It has been more than 2 weeks and I have not received my itens yet. I have called England store several times to ask where is my order and what can I do to solve any problem. However, they never say what is going on and also they say they will contact me again, but I have never received any calling from them. I just want to receive my purchase or be refunded. I do not get why this is so difficult to understand. Finally, yesterday they sent an email to me saying that the courier had to problem to delivery my item and now I have to pay for another delivery. I do not recommend buying from them, just try to buy from JD or sports direct. It will be much more easier.

Be very very careful when using the size chart for youth shirts as it takes you to the adult sizes first. XS boys standard size is 32 inch chest which it also shows

Want an 2xL size, took over a week to say they stopped doing that size, so ending up getting an Xl, and it is so small, it's more like a 10-12, and not 20-22

I ordered the navy away shirt with #2 WALKER printed on it. Unfortunately when I received the shirt, I found that the front number was not printed, and the Walker name block was printed in straight rather than curved. I sent a complaint email to the England store, but the CS Manager told me that they followed the guidelines from the FA. Please do not treat me as an idiot! I become an England supporter since 1990 and a football shirt collector for over 25 years, it is the first time that I heard that the guideline provided by the FA is totally different from the shirt wear by players (front number exists, and the name block should be printed in curved). I will keep complaining the case to every department in the FA, until the issue is solved.

Thank you for taking your time to review. These were the guidelines advised by the FA and the personalisation is shown online of how the shirt will look. We do advised to contact us with any queries prior to ordering a personalised shirt. Due to the issue we have refunded your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Courier rude banging on my front door when I live in a Frist floor flat. I feel that I was being rushed and the bag that I ordered looked different to the one I received lack of info re when the day it was going to be delivered . Good job I was in . Not use yodel again really poor customer sevice

The England shirt I was sent had ''Georgia'' on the back and the number ''10'' - which was clearly someone else's order. I had to send numerous emails and the responses were very slow - meaning I had to do all the chasing. I had to re-pack the shirt to return it, go to the Post Office and send it back Recorded Delivery. I had to chase up to check it reached the FA Shop and to ask when the right product would be returned. This was a present and I was unable to give it to the relevant person on the right day and I was inconvenienced - with nothing more than a trite ''apology'' saying: ''I can only apologise for this error......''. This was not my error, yet I had to do all the chasing around and I asked a number of times what the FA Shop intended to do about this inconvenience - but this was ignored. Very, very weak and reactive customer service, so I will not be using them again. Simply not good enough!!!!

Ordered a kids XL size. A XS was delivered. Posted back for a swap for the correct size recorded delivery & I can track it to see who signed for it and when but they deny ever receiving it. left high and dry, feel I have wasted my money and my son is going to miss out on the birthday present he was most looking forward to. Happy to change my review if this problem eventually gets sorted out.

Paid for next day delivery and had goods delivered 2 weeks later due to tjem not having the correct stock. Was told via answer machine that they would be in the next day.

2 of the 5 items ordered were listed as available then after weeks of waiting an email was sent to say they were not. I then tried to cancel the entire order and was told i could not
