Order did not arrive within timescale, told on six separate occasions that there was no particular letters or numbers to personalize the shirt. Fobbed off by a number of staff and only on the threat of going to the media did a shirt become available. However when it did finally arrive there was numbers missing and after complaining for a seventh time they sent the numbers to me and I had to iron them on myself. I would never purchase or recommend England store again.

My fucking order said the delivery will take 3-5 days. It has been a 7 days.

I paid a hefty fee for next day delivery. At no point in the checkout process did I see any time limits for ordering etc so I went ahead and selected it for an order I made at 3pm on a Thursday. Received no warning that my next day delivery would in fact not be arriving on time until I was informed of its despatch on Monday, a full 4 days (2 working days) after the order was made. Complained to customer service to have my fee reimbursed in full (which seems only natural) and was told that I was informed of the fact that next day deliveries can only be made before midday (not to my knowledge) and that I had received confirmation the next day anyway (I didn’t, I received on Monday). Highly unsatisified because not only did I not get my order in time but I paid a really expensive fee for nothing!!! Will not be using again, I’ll just order from sports direct next time.

Ordered the new kit 3 months before the world cup - 2 games in still have received it. Terrible service

Shirt order took nearly two weeks to arrive. Name/Number option was selected but apparently, they don't print the numbers on the front, so the shirt is incomplete. Pretty disappointing considering the cost.

Two weeks after ordering nothing has arrived. Rang FA store twice, no action, no shirt no apology no refund absolutely no point ordering from here, rubbish.

I had to wait for nearly 3 months even just for my order to be dispatched!! Upon them emailing me saying it has been dispatched I am still waiting 3 weeks later....

Pretty awful experience to be honest. After pre ordering the training jersey. I had an email an month later saying that they expect stock to arrive in the coming weeks. 2 months later I hear nothing. I email customer care to find that they will send me the jersey now, shocking that they just forgot about sending me the product unless I follow them up. Wouldnt recommend buying directly from the FA again.

I would never use them again. Wanted the new home top for the world cup. My missus said order it for father's day so I did 2 weeks prior. Bearing in mind 2 friends ordered there's from sports shop only 1 week prior and got there's mine turned up nearly 3 weeks later. The help from the store and there delivery service was the worst I've ever experienced.

I ordered my jersey on June 4 and it was 5-7 days international shipping. It's June 20, the World Cup has already started, and I STILL don't have my jersey....Ridiculous.

No up to date courier info - in transit for 5 working days not good for tracking. No delivery window outside 5 working days given. No emails to confirm signature required. Items not delivered by courier, bearing in mind game is tonight. Rang Helpdesk - Jodie (need to check my notes) was going to email me back last week. No response as yet. Don’t know status of order and whether it will be delivered before the second game.

Ordered my son the England Squad Football Jacket (XS) top in anticipation of the World Cup only to have received a small which will be far too big. Right bottoms sent but not the top. Disappointing to say the least. Will have to contact on Monday and see how promptly they can rectify their error.

Still waiting for products that were ordered 3 months ago. Finally they arrive in New York last Friday, I track the stuff and it's now in Arkansas.....its crazy...World Cup starts tomorrow...and I'm a long way from getting my stuff....terrible logistics and customer service....

The website size chart is not a true reflection of the sizing. I have tried to ask customer services for help but they just say because it was personalised they can’t help. The girl picked her normal sizing of clothes through the site but the shirt is so incredibly tight it is not fit for purpose. She saved up a long time to be able to afford this shirt and bought it to support the team and off the official website to support it, Sadly she is now -£85 and left with a shirt she can not wear or return, very sad for a supporter! I was hoping the CS team would of been more supportive and offered to send a new much larger shirt but instead the attitude was basically “no can’t help you”.
