“Just unsure how to give a EOS representative a shout out!!! her name is Nova! She greets you when you come in the door at the Alma school in 60 location and it’s genuine not fake or forced, of course everyone is supposed to greet you, but she goes above and beyond and has a conversation with you. I’ve even caught her at times when she’s busy or in the middle of something and she always takes the time to acknowledge you. Not all the reps even acknowledge you as a matter of fact there is one girl who works there who I always wonder why she’s even there, seems like she always has an attitude, never smiles and very unwelcoming. I try my best to avoid her now because she definitely will spoil your mood, I feel like if people don’t want to be there they shouldn’t even come in, especially if you’re in a position where you are a customer service facing. I’ve been a member at EOS for many years now and it’s not often where I run into great customer service, most times it seems like they don’t even want to be there! Granted there are a few others who speak to you and do the requirement, but Nova stands out from everyone! Nova deserves acknowledgment for representing EOS to the highest standard! You never know what people might be going through! Thank you for smiling, engaging, and making my workout experience great!”

The spin and body pump instructors all provide a great experience. But I look forward to Thursday mornings most of all. Felicia leads a challenging, high energy spin class then transitions to an exceptional strength and mobility class (my favorite class of all!!) It really combines the best of both aerobic fitness and recovery!

“I am a fairly new member of EOS Fitness. I have been to other fitness health clubs in the past; but, none compare to EOS. They have everything you need to get in shape and stay in shape. I have hired a personal trainer at EOS. His name is David. David is the most professional and knowledgable trainer I have ever had. David is not there just for a 9 to 5 paycheck. David cares about his clients. Everytime I meet with David this man asks about if Im staying on my diet and if im regularly doing my important “off-location” excercises and stretching. David has the personality that gives you the “incentive” to make you want to achieve your physical goals even more than you normally would. I am very happy with EOS Fitness and would recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about wanting to feel better health-wise and look better appearance-wise.”
