“Brand new signature Gym, Frank Loyd Scottsdale. After 4 months of opening the Sauna went down. Its been down for 5-6 weeks. What the Hell is going on. Myself and 20 or so other members left Mountainside up the street cause they took out the sauna during a remodel. I love going to EOS, the staff is super freindly and everyone at the gym is great. The Gym is second to none, sometimes a bit busy but totally manageble. Wish they had more yoga classes. FIX THE FREAKIN SAUNA! PLEASE!!!

“The gym is great. The only thing I'm against is the sales. I can even take a guess because we have to sit down and listen to the sales personal harassing my guest to get them to sign up. They use manipulation and sales man techniques but in reality they only care about themselves and don't care a bit about the clients. It's all about the money. I'm not superficial like the majority of the people. That's why I see this guy's as a negative experience enough to rate a 2 star.”
“Every holiday we, members, receive an email regarding the gym’s hours. We did not receive an email this week regarding the hours of the gym on Juneteenth. I assume the “powers that be” know that Juneteenth is a. National/Federal holiday!”
“The pool and hot tub have been closed for months at the Rome location and the project they claimed they would be turning that area into more space for equipment has not even begun. Its still just an empty pool. This location is always extremely busy and over crowded making it hard to fit a routine in daily if your only time to go is in the late afternoon after work hours. to top it off they have MULTIPLE machines broken with no repairs in site for weeks. There is entire row of leg machines that have been down for at least a month. There's more yellow tape at this gym than a crimes scene.”

“I attempted to have my insurance card validated in order to start my membership.
Two reps attempted to up-sale me other amenities. It was a hard sale and reminded me of what I experienced with my Time share. I explained that I couldn’t afford the up-sale, but the pressure to buy was maintained by the reps. I didn’t get the impression that they cared for me as a customer and client, but were only interested in my money….very disappointing!”
