“I needed my phone charged and a kind person to help. Ernest Jones was the nearest shop I went and asked for some help I mett a freindly approachable young lady named Lettie Lin she very kindly helped me sort my phone out meanwhile I saw some lovely Parker pens and I had some questions about them as to how they work as I have one that very slightly drags as it writes she reassured me that there's nothing wrong with my pen and to be patient with it and keep writting with it and the pen will work for itself the way in which things were articulated I trully learned something about these pens and had a healthier respect for them . Her communication skills were excellent she knows how to treat people and speak to people credit to the management for employing staff with excellent customer service skills she was so Humble Authentic and posotive I rememberd thinking when I'm in a position to purchase a gift of great quality i would definitely buy from that store as I know I would be taken care and be informed very well about the items . Keep shining Lettie Lou your a great soul and i wish you every success for all things pertaining to your future. Godbless! 😀”

“The lady called Eleanor in the York branch was fantastic I was looking for something a little different and she showed me some great products that matched my criteria. The choice of necklaces with adjustable length is excellent and covered with insurance and I came away with some lovely earrings as an added bonus”

“What a wonderful experience as normal,very professional, all staff really helpful and polite especially Jane.Collected my 3rd ring repair from them yesterday 7/10/23.What a wonderful job.Also in April I didn't do a review on my mums engagement ring which was over 60 years old,gold platinum and diamond.Bought my mums ring back to life,what a wonderful job.Thank you all so much.”

“Louise from Ernest Jones Mcarthur Glen was amazing and saved the day for my son’s 21st birthday present. I had ordered a watch online with Ernest Jones only to be told they had they had to cancel my order as it as it was out of stock. I called to my local store and Louise had one there and held it for me until a refund was processed. I am so so grateful for all your help Louise and my son will be thrilled when he opens this on his 21st birthday! xx”

“Just bought a beautiful infinity ring with chocolate and vanilla diamonds. So pleased with it and friend who came with me loves it too. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Fantastic range of lovely jewellery.”

“Outstanding customer service from Kelly and her team at the store in Swindon Outlet. No quibble, no fuss, no hassle, they exchanged my faulty watch, replacing it with the exact same watch, despite the significant price increase. Special thanks to Natasha who went above and beyond to get the replacement watch in super fast time and for being so understanding, kind and helpful. They were extremely professional and responsive, thank you Kelly and Natasha, we are very happy customers. Stephanie”

“Was in Stockport. Ernest Jones as usual they went above and beyond customer service habiba very professional nothing to much trouble saw a ring did not have it in the shop this young lady ordered it on sat 21may came in to day24 may 2022 this is why I keep buying all my jewellery from this store originally saw it in the Trafford centre Thursday 19may however nobody from that shop could be bothered serving me so I walked out and that is why habiba ordered it for me will not be going in that shop again very poor customer service but Stockport as usual looked after me also lovely lady manager well made up for my bad experience you should be proud of your Stockport Mersey way store thank you to those lovely ladies who looked after me so well thank you so much I will be back”

“We’ve used the Milton Keynes store quite a few times now, Wedding rings, eternity rings, and a fabulous special addition watch ! Always dealt with James, fab chap, always so helpful and gives great advice. He also got a problem sorted for me, and always does a professional job! He’s an absolute gem and a credit to Ernest Jones ! Wouldn’t use any other jeweller!”

“what a wonderful experience I had when I visited your store in Leeds City Centre I was greeted by a young lady with a limp and seemed very much a pain but still was greeted with a smile,she asked what brought me to Ernest jones and I told her I purchased a watch and I needed some links taking out,she then passed me over to a beautiful young lady called Nicki and then the experience just got better, with a stunning smile she checked my watch and wrist and talked me threw what she was going to do with the strap,what a perfect fit the watch looks amazing a big thank you Nicki for a fantastic experience and your an asset to Ernest Jones.”

“My husband bought me a beautiful diamond bracelet for Christmas which was unfortunately too small. I took it back to Dunfermline branch in the Kingsgate and Jackie and Louise couldn’t have been more helpful. I left with a new bracelet that fits and was extremely happy. Thanks ladies you made my day ☺️”
