“Bought a watch and bracelet online, e-mail saying in stock and dispatched to store to pick up, then another email saying my order was cancelled. Elllanor rang me from the store ( eldon Sq Newcastle) and she was absolutely brilliant, she sorted my order out and I collected, she wasn’t in on day of collection but left full details so the staff had all the information regarding my purchase. The staff Instore were also extremely helpful and I left very happy. Great service from the staff at Newcastle branch.”

“I went to the store in the White Rose Centre, Leeds. I had bought some earrings which had broken. Jo, the Manager, was so helpful. She replaced them with new ones without any fuss. Many shops will be polite and friendly to get a sale but have poor after sales support. This Ernest Jones store was an exception. The after sales support was outstanding Would highly recommend buying from here. Great job, Jo.”

“Bought both our wedding rings from Ernest Jones Middlesbrough for our surprise wedding. Nothing was too much trouble as I bought one and then changed my mind. The staff were fabulous accommodating,understanding and caring. I would definitely recommend 👌🏽”

“Went into your Bedford store today and was served by dev. What a lovely gentleman and extremely knowledgeable! I was looking to purchase another watch to add to my collection. Dev was more than happy to answer all my questions and nothing was too much trouble! Needless to say I was very happy with the watch I left the store with and will be visiting again soon! Thanks dev excellent service !!!”

“First class service in Perth store. I changed a watch I received as a birthday present. Heather was so helpful the watch I wanted wasn't in stock so she ordered it for me. It came in next day. I returned to the store and Heather and Nica were so helpful and friendly. I also bought a pair of earrings. Heather is a real asset to the store.”

“We visited the newry branch today and not being somebody who normally leaves reviews,I felt compelled to write about the professional manner and wonderful service provided to us by the supervisor, a lady named Tina . She is no doubt a born saleswoman , able to answer every question in full without any hesitation ,putting us completely at ease, which is so important when spending a considerable sum of money . . This lady knows her product inside out and even though we were unable to make a purchase today due to stock issues, we shall return once the ring my wife so desired is available.”

“We are on holiday in Cornwall went to Truro Ernest Jones and was met by a very helpful pleasant member of staff named Rachael who went above and beyond the store didn't have the diamond earrings I'd gone to look at but she managed to source from the Plymouth store this was on Monday afternoon they arrived Wednesday morning Rachael called me as promised we returned 2 hours later to see the earrings which were beautiful but picked the more expensive ones and also bought pendant&earrings set in diamonds and silver chain I'd only gone for a pair of earrings 😀 but was absolutely delighted with my purchases and the very helpful Rachael from Truro branch Thank you.”

“Had a problem with a present, I thought was bought from Ernest Jones, went to the Truro branch, and Kayleigh, was so helpful, she sorted everything out, despite the purchase actually been from an outlet that deals with H Samuel and Ernest Jones. I have not had customer service that was so good, for a long time. I certainly intend to shop there, as soon as possible! Great service, thank uou”

“Spoke to a lovely lady named Amy from Burton on Trent. Over the telephone her service was amazing and she was very knowledgeable. She ordered my things via e voucher which I was troubled with and had the product out for delivery. A credit to the Burton store it's not very often you have great service and good work ethics. Keep up the good work Amy will definitely go back to Amy for assistance in future purchases”
