When I started the course I read that it my ticket would be valid for three years after I did the test it said that my ticket was only good for one year. I'm not happy and won't be recommending this to anyone. Very deceitful.

as someone who's run a forklift for many years without a ticket, I finally decided to take some official training. I couldn't help but shake my head at show silly this course was. It had almost zero helpful information on how to run a machine. It seemed to be mostly about theoretical safety, safety, safety issues, and no practical tips on how to run a machine with any skill and competence. Gloves, safety glasses, hardhats and steel toed boots, safety checks and stuff will do NOTHING to avoid accidents compared to understanding how to actually operate a machine skillfully.

Hello Steve, Our company provides safety training courses, not operator training so it makes sense that the course content is developed with regards to the hazards specific to operating a forklift. On top of that, we also offer operator evaluation checklists for the workplace-specific practical as well as pre-operation inspection templates. You probably missed that part. With that being said, our product page explains what the course is about and on top of that you've even addressed this question to our support centre so you knew what our company does and does not do even prior to making the purchase, yet you chose to do it anyway so we would appreciate it if you clarify your review because otherwise, there is no other option but to moderate it from our reviews page as it is not a reflection of our services (since you are judging our services on something that our company does not offer for sale).

Electrical saftey course lacked information related to safe distances from main and secondary power sources.

Hello Michael, I have discussed with your employer over the phone because they purchased the wrong course and we replaced those electrical safety courses with the powerline safety which is what your employer should have purchased. If you don't mind, I will kindly ask you to edit your review because it does not reflect the quality of our services as the employer purchase a course that was not relevant to your line of work.

I have been taking a lot of on-line modules over the course of the pandemic. I found the chainsaw safety one to be very dull and boring and completely lacking anything interactive. Even the photos were repeated on the slides. There were four typos that I noted. A video of someone correctly operating a chain saw would have been a reasonable addition.

Hello Helen, Thank you for your feedback! I will have someone take a look into this course, fix the typos and add video content for the methods explained in there.

Not very happy about completing a course and having to pay 10 dollars extra to get my certificate on the mail

Hello Jeff, The plastic wallet card that we mail to our customers is an optional item and it is not required with your purchase. All courses come with an electronically delivered certificate that contains a wallet card. The plastic version obviously will be a bit better quality than the laminated paper one but again, as explained previously, and in the email we send with your course completion, this is an optional item.

Hello Kate, Could you reach us via email so you could explain where the problem is? I've looked into your account and saw an order for an H2S Course in the province of Alberta. Our course will meet and exceed the requirements imposed by the Alberta OHS Code for H2S Worker Training so other than personal preference (the H2S Alive by EnergySafetyCanada), I do not see any potential reason for not approving your record of the training.

Hello Marco, All courses come with a printable certificate in a PDF format. The plastic wallet card is an additional item that you are not required to opt-in for, but obviously they will be better quality than the laminated paper. Those will come at an extra cost as we have to cover the cost of printing and mailing them to your address.

Really bad service

The customer has been notified via phone support and the information is also presented on the product page, with regards to the purpose of the defensive driving course that we sell and the fact that the certificate is not going to help him with his legal issue. After refusing to listen and read the information presented, he still bought the course and at a later date requested a refund which, obviously, was declined. After initiating multiple phone calls to our support service to harass them about his refund, the action was taken to block his phone number and email from the support service. This should offer an insight as to why this customer is leaving a 1-star review of our services.

Hello SANDRA, We appreciate your feedback but you have to understand that these courses have to be created according to OHS and regional legislation in mind and while I do agree that some parts could be taken off from that WHMIS course, about 85-90% of those slides are absolutely needed. I am not sure if you worked with another company before us, for your WHMIS certification, but I can assure you that in most cases, their courses are even longer and will contain these "fake" personal experience stories that you can't even skip. Hopefully, you will reconsider your rating but if not, it is what it is. We can't please everyone.
