Same complaints as last year, because nothing has changed. Just one (1) of the points I made last year; "Fries" still do not just appear or grow from loose ground, or anywhere else. Thank's for the O/T though; because this is not impressive.

Hello Richard, It appears that the representative who handled the content for that particular program had an auto-correct function turned on that didn't work as intended. I have created an internal ticket about this issue. I know that our content department was already in the process of reverifying everything since it appears that some other courses are affected as well. It should be something that is addressed soon.

Hello Evan, Thank you for your review! We notice that your text is positive, but the rating is 2/5. While we understand we can not satisfy everyone using our systems, and we appreciate even negative feedback, would you mind explaining why the rating is negative? If this rating was done by mistake, we would request you revise the review so that you can change your rating.

Hello Anthony, I have checked our server logs, and it seems you were delivered a copy of your certificate via email. On top of that, you can always find a copy of the said certificate within your user panel. If you face any difficulties downloading your certificate, feel free to reach our Customer Support team, who will assist you on this matter.

This really was a poor course. Just some voice reading slides - really? I could have read all this material myself and been finished your course in 20 minutes. You should make more use of video demonstrations and interactive slides. You definitely are the least expensive "on-line" training course for chainsaw training, I now know why. For what this course cost, it was actually expensive for the value the user received. I say you need to work on your course material. I should ask for a full refund because I will be looking elsewhere to complete a more comprehensive online training course.

Very easy to get the cert but poor quality of training. Would not recommend if you want to learn

I was unable to read half of the slides due to the text being white and the background of most slides also being white. I am a visual learner so it made the course really challenging. I hope this can be fixed soon so future course-takers don't go through the same struggle.

I think the fire certification had an expiry date of 1971? And the title of the certificate was not in it so I had to go into each certificate of my staff and edit. It would also be nice if the certificate to print printed out the same size as a business card. I had to do resizing to be able print them to have them fit in wallets. That wastes a lot of time needing to do this for each staff. The email for the account is MY email, as such I was not able to use my email to take any courses so I had to use another one. That was a bit of a issue. Also most certificates were only valid for 1 year? Most/many usually have a 3 year expiry so yes your price is good but not if we need to do it every year. Yes we do our own internal reviews yearly but a certificate that is taken, tested, paid for and issued should be valid for 3 years. This was our first time using your service and at this point I am unsure if we will continue. But I'm not opposed to continue to explore your options. For enrollment it would be good if we just imputed a staff list ONCE, not for each certificate they need. Then we just use tick boxes to enroll specific staff in specific courses. It would be good if we had an employer profile and when students completed a course, the name of the employer automatically populated on the individual certificate. I had to go in and PDF edit every certificate. But the actual course was decent, covered the basics. There were some Ontario references (we are in Alberta)....Not sure which one...so need to make sure the course is correct for the Province of the student. On the whole there is a lot of room for improvement in your service but it is good you seek feedback. Have a great day.

Hello Laura, Thank you very much for the feedback! We are aware of the 1971 on the Fire Extinguisher expiration date. This seems to be a cookies problem and can be easily fixed by logging out of the account and going back in. We are going to address this issue very shortly, with our platform's next update. Unfortunately, all the other aspects you mentioned are issues related to knowing how to use the system. We do have videos, gifs and text instructions and even an FAQ section in the user panel. At any point, if you followed these instructions or even called us for that matter, we would have assisted you in the process. You can invite an individual into multiple courses without the need for a new account with each course. You can print the wallet cards in the proper size. You don't need to invite yourself, as an employer, using a different email; you can simply press Start Course next to the course name. With that being said, we always listen to our customer's feedback so we truly appreciate it even if it has a negative view of our services because it gives us room to improve what we offer and we will try to communicate this "How_To" a lot better in our next version of the platform.

The coarse itself was good but when I printed my certificate it says that it’s recommended to take the coarse again next year. (not really an expiration date but a recommendation) Other sites offer the coarse for the same cost but the certificate is good for 3 years. They have an actual expire date on them. So all in all it’s like this coarse is 3x more expensive plus all the time required to complete.

Hello Shane, Thank you very much for your feedback! We have tried, up until this point, 3 types of voiceover: -Male -Female -AI-generated It seems that the best feedback is with female voiceover and we will update our courses, one by one.

The good part was the cost! It is affordable! The sounds were to quiet to hear. Poor internet made it extremely frustrating to run. If it was downloadable So I could complete it off line “without internet” that would be best. The modules didn’t load automatically. Overall it was a poor experience. But hey isn’t E learning great!

While full of good information, the training is monotonous, repetitive, and unorganized. I think it could be useful to start by briefly introducing key concepts, then approach TDG training from one person's role at a time.

I wished I had some previews before I purchased. I didn’t expected it to be just a mechanical voice reading out the slides.

Hello Jonathan, We have tried 3 different types of voice over: 1. Real Woman. 2. Real Man. 3. AI-Powered voice-over. Unfortunately, customers were complaining about each one of them so we decided to offer the customers the option to mute the voice over, in the event that they simply do not like that feature. We will look into hiring someone new for voice over and if the customers are happy with that, we will update all our courses in the near future.

Very short as it took me less than 30 minutes to complete both sections and not particularly about conflict management. I could have gotten the same information free and am disappointed to have paid a fee for this course. I really thought it would be in-depth.
