The content is fine, but it is not actually accepted as a fall protection course since there is no in-person training, check before you purchase if it is accepted where you are working.

The wording on some of the quiz questions was unnecessarily poor — triple negatives included. What is that actually testing? There were even some questions weren't in the slides pressented.

Same complaints as last year, because nothing has changed. Just one (1) of the points I made last year; "Fries" still do not just appear or grow from loose ground, or anywhere else. Thank's for the O/T though; because this is not impressive.

Hello Richard, It appears that the representative who handled the content for that particular program had an auto-correct function turned on that didn't work as intended. I have created an internal ticket about this issue. I know that our content department was already in the process of reverifying everything since it appears that some other courses are affected as well. It should be something that is addressed soon.

This really was a poor course. Just some voice reading slides - really? I could have read all this material myself and been finished your course in 20 minutes. You should make more use of video demonstrations and interactive slides. You definitely are the least expensive "on-line" training course for chainsaw training, I now know why. For what this course cost, it was actually expensive for the value the user received. I say you need to work on your course material. I should ask for a full refund because I will be looking elsewhere to complete a more comprehensive online training course.

Hello Ken, Bear Awareness Training is a safety standards course that does not have an expiration date but it is expected that the content is reviewed on an annual basis in-house. The fact that some private companies set a 2 or 3 years expiration on this training is, in fact, nothing more than a marketing trick so you have to purchase the course again. The courses with 3 years expiration are: Lift Truck Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Road First Aid Working at Heights You don't even have to renew it if you don't want to but we put the recommended retraining in accordance with OHS and legislation. I hope this explains why it has 1 year recommended retraining date mentioned on it and hopefully this will clarify the situation and maybe our 2 stars review.
