I chose this course because they claimed it was “fun”, “interactive”, “easy to remember the information” etc. And that it only takes 2 hours. I did not find this to be true. I tried to go quickly and it still took 3 hours. The information was incredibly dry, read by a robotic voice, and was not fun or interactive at all. I know TDG is usually dry, but don’t make false claims if you can’t deliver! Just be honest: it’s boring, but you need it for your job so just suffer through... it was cheap, that’s a plus!

Fair point, Ben. TDG covers a lot of rules and regulations so very few people can describe it as "fun" but on the "interactive" part, all of our courses are interactive. This is the definition of interactive: allowing a two-way flow of information between a computer and a computer-user; responding to a user’s input. As far as the course length goes, the average duration it takes our customers to complete a TDG course is 3h. You might have probably looked at some other courses that take less time to complete but the TDG course is advertised as 3h duration. Anyway, it is not our intention for you to have a bad experience using our services. Please reach us using our contact form so we can either offer you a free wallet card which will at least save you some time in making your own, or a refund on your payment.

Very poor spelling and grammar throughout the course. Content in tables were sometimes ambiguous to what it was referencing and some questions we not clearly worded.

We have communicated with the buyer through email in hopes that he can point us some of the issues he had with the TDG course. Obviously, we can't ask from him to retake the course and tell us exactly where he spotted these spelling mistakes but within 24h since he contacted us, we managed to identify the questions which he is referring to, based on his score and which answers he couldn't pass, and although it pains me to say this, he is right. There were 4 questions that had spelling mistakes and we have now addressed this problem. We take pride in the services that we provide and constructive feedback is always appreciated. It is a shame that we couldn't identify these issues prior to your purchase and for that, we would like to apologize. On the other hand, the courses that we sell are created by real people and yes, sometimes, it is possible that we make mistakes (for example, you also made a mistake in your review when you unintentionally wrote - "some questions we not clearly worded" instead of "were"). Now take this phrase and multiply it by 2000 (the amount of content we had to develop for this TDG course). I hope that this way you can see how easy it is to make an unintentional mistake and in combination with the fact that we have now addressed the problematic questions, you can change your mind about the 2 stars feedback.

Your Bear Awareness course is only valid for 1 year when everywhere is its valid for 3 years.

Hello Ken, Bear Awareness Training is a safety standards course that does not have an expiration date but it is expected that the content is reviewed on an annual basis in-house. The fact that some private companies set a 2 or 3 years expiration on this training is, in fact, nothing more than a marketing trick so you have to purchase the course again. The courses with 3 years expiration are: Lift Truck Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Road First Aid Working at Heights You don't even have to renew it if you don't want to but we put the recommended retraining in accordance with OHS and legislation. I hope this explains why it has 1 year recommended retraining date mentioned on it and hopefully this will clarify the situation and maybe our 2 stars review.
