Please read my suggestion for improvement. The course I took was adequate but is handicapped by the testing methodology.

I am used to using hard copies of materials for learning. This course is short and informative.

This basic course was good but I had picked the wrong one by mistake and now have to pay another $25 for the Food Handler's Advanced course I need for work. Oops!

It was an okay experience. It needs to be made clear on the quizzes that there can be multiple correct choices that need to be made to get a correct answer score. There were spelling mistakes in the module info that need to be corrected.

Hello Jan, You can download your certificate at any point by logging into your account and press the download button located next to your course. Also, we email the certificates automatically every time a customer finishes the course. For whatever reason, if you still are unable to locate your certificate, send us an email or give a phone call and we can sort this out for you.

Should be valid for 3 years . Nobody does it yearly. Your marketing strategy prevents me from taking anymore courses

Hello Kevin, Confined Space Training Course is a safety standards course that does not have an expiration date but a recommended annual basis renewal. The courses with 3 years expiration are: Lift Truck Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Road First Aid Working at Heights: You don't even have to renew it if you don't want to but we put the recommended retraining in accordance with OHS and legislation. I hope this explains why it has 1 year recommended retraining date mentioned on it and hopefully this will clarify the situation and maybe our 3 stars review.

I don't know why the certificate says to renew in one year. Usually, the certificate is good for 3 years. That would be something to change. If not, I will be getting my certificate elsewhere.

There’s no real way for them to know how many times that a person can retake the test to get it perfect

Hello Nicholas, Thank you for your review! In regards to your feedback, we do save customer transcript data and we do know how many times someone has taken the test (for example we know that in your case, you have taken the first test 4 times and you didn't go through with the 4th submission), but the purpose of the test is to make sure you have paid attention to the safety material provided, not to rank individuals based on their score. Hopefully, this will make you change your review score but if not, that is alright. We can't please everyone.
