Was a little glitchy when accessing from mobile when attempting to zoom in/out to read words. But the information is pertinent to the subject. Though the bonus part seems unecessary as it is just a repeat of the same material.

It is ok but not something that should be online. With a course that encompasses so many possibilities for severe injury in the workplace should be though face to face and for longer than 2 hours. This should be at a minimum 2 day course at a minimum of 7 hours per day.

Its more convienient to add company name on the certificate not only participant name.

Hello Ebrahim, There is a place on the back of the card, which is a signature panel where you can write the employer's company name, address and signature. We don't input it in the PDF document because many individuals take these courses when they apply for a job. As such, they don't have an employer at completion time.

It was very repetitive making it a lot longer than it needed to be. I did not appreciate the robotic presentation voice, very impersonal. Also noted an over representation of white males as aggressor in your slides.

Hello Allana, While we understand that we can not satisfy all customers and have only positive reviews, I will have to disagree with the feedback you provided here as being negative. First of all, the voiceover is not robotic. We work with Megan Hope, a well-known voice artist based in Saskatchewan, for our voice-over. Compared to other companies, we pay the artists who collaborate with us, and we do not use AI voice-over for any of our presentations. You can find her profile here if you need more proof on this matter: https://www.mandy.com/ca/voice-artist/megan-hope-2 Regarding the second aspect about the pictures, these are licensed pictures; we do not produce them to select a particular side, skin colour, or whatever else the woke community agenda is interested in nowadays. Instead, we choose from whatever is available on a specific topic and rent the usage of that picture through a royalty-free license because our interest is purely economic and have no political interests or affiliation, as any private company should be. The individuals participating in the photoshoot are just playing a role and, as you may expect, are just fictional characters in that role, not actual aggressors. I understand that this is not the response you were hoping for. Still, I had to say this to you because you try to damage the reputation of a company that invests massively into its systems, and its employees and is a place of business we take pride in. Mind you, you're doing so not even as a paying customer since your employer has paid for the program and you benefit from it for free. That's just ridiculous.

Very difficult to find your way back to where you left off. Actually there are several programs competing for this space none having been tested as a customer so overlooked the obstructions caused by seizure between stiess identities. Wake up

Course was great, but not valid to remove the N from my driver's license

Hello Patrick, Thank you very much for your review! Our company's defensive driving program serves entirely different legislation and training standards than the one for removing the N from your driver's license. This information is mentioned on the product page in bold and red text, so while we do not have an issue with negative reviews, this feedback would not be relevant to our services, as it serves an entirely different purpose. Please contact the Registry of Motors & Vehicles in your province to obtain a list of approved trainers specifically for that purpose.

The course was good but it was really hard to see the print and symbles. Sometimes it was black with a black background.

Trying to do it on a phone was hard because there was no way to increase font size in order to read it. The way it was read out did not match the wording exactly, it was like watching a movie with subtitles for hearing impaired as well as visual impaired Described video but neither were matching

On the one hand, you say it's hard to read the text on a mobile device, but somehow, you distinguished between two instances where the voice reads the context reworded. Are you sure you didn't just want to leave a negative review and try to find a reason?

In the test (Quiz) some the questions have spelling errors, which seems unprofessional. What is a fipper Instead fibreglass

Hello Scott, Thank you for pointing this out! To quickly highlight grammar and spelling mistakes, we've used tools such as Grammarly, but what's unfortunate about using such devices is that it may replace certain words out of context. A big patch is going live soon, which, among many other improvements, will address such problems in the testing section and some of our courses affected by this. This does not excuse the fact that you've had a bad experience with some of our existing content, but I wanted to point out that we are fully aware of such issues, and they will be addressed ASAP.

The training video refers to the Queen Charlotte Islands. I suggest you use the correct name, Haida Gwaii. Otherwise it appear as if the training is out of date.

I wish there were more specific pictures to what the slide were talking about. It would be easier to understand and benefit from the course f the details described in text were actually shown in the picture. Having videos that present the material would be even better. Initially I was interested in sdeing how complex scaffolding systems are built, how to secure them and etc which wasn't talked as much as I'd like to. And seeing that in video or pictures would have been beneficial. I have to admit, I didn't like the course and I wouldn't have done it if I knew what it actually teaches. I'd like to learn more about building techniques and various complex systems built around buildings. Thank you for the work you put into it

Hello Levon, Regarding the content structure, the product page explicitly mentions the module structure and what it's covered under this program. Your feedback has valid points, but you must also put it into perspective with the product's title. We sell a safety training program based on a certain standard of training specifically for hazards related to operating or working around a scaffolding. What your content request is, that it's an entirely different topic. We also sell a Food Safety Awareness program. Should customers that buy that product complain that we don't offer a recipe book with the program?
