Hello Daren, Thank you for your review! Not sure if it matters now that you have completed the program, but you can actually mute the voice-over. I will attach a print screen here but the volume button is located in the bottom right corner.

“I would of giving it 5 stars but the downloadable card looks to fake when I show it to customers all I get is scepticism that it real and not something that I made up myself. Other than the course was great.”

Hello Louis, Thank you very much for your feedback! The physical wallet cards have a custom design and a format which has been created by our company and I will attach a sample of the design to this reply, but unfortunately, the digital one, in order for it to be saved as PDF, uses the templates available in the Adobe gallery. We are, in fact, working on having our own templates imported there so within the next couple of weeks, we are hoping to have this issue addressed and you can then redownload a copy of your certificate which uses our own branding and template.

Hello Randy, Thank you very much for your review! Can you point us in the right direction and tell us where you encountered this issue? I see you had a Confined Space Training. It would be helpful to know at least the module if you do not recall the specific question so we can look into it and make sure it is clear to understand.

“This worked great for me, however I added two people and payed for two people to take the test, when I tried to do this again it failed and I could not get through, please refund my money as I no longer need this extra service. thanks”

Hello Chessa, Thank you for your review! I would like to point out that the extra credit is still available in your account. All you need to do is log in on our website and navigate to the "Invite New Users" tab from your menu. This will allow you to have a second person trained. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will get this sorted out for you.

Hello Serena, Thank you very much for your review! Unfortunately, since this is a paid product, we can't provide our customers with a PDF format of the course because we dedicate a lot of time and resources in creating these courses and we need to be able to control who has access to this presentation. I will speak to the appropriate department maybe we can create a short version of the course that we can offer as a PDF.
