Purchasing online is quick and simple however this is not the case for returns. Online form is not recognising my invoice number online account says I have orders eligible to return which is ridiculous as bought 3 full outfits including wigs and accessories. Only way to get this dealt with is by phoning which good luck with that. Every time I ring I’m between 13 and 16 in a queue. Get this is a busy time but get the staff or at least provide an email address so issue such as mine can be dealt with after contact hours Only looking for return authorisation for an unwanted outfit and a faulty accessory

The outside were absolutely brilliant and we had many comments. I did pay for quick delivery which arrived two days late but luckily still in time. The big frank mask was squashed up which is understandable as it has to be packaged but this was not part of the description and we could find any instruction on how to get it back into shape. But overall they did look good.

The outfit came looking lovely, a bit shorter than I expected, however they sizing was not the same as it said on the website on the website it said a medium was 10-12 but when it came a medium was and 8-10, which was disappointing.

Nothing wrong with the company but my order could have been better, mask doesn't fit right and gloves came falling to bits.

Delivery was quick but they charged me more postage than I selected, which wasn’t the best. I have also sent one outfit back, so hopefully the refund process is straight forward.

I do not feel the sizing of the costumes is accurate unfortunately. I always have to adapt the XL costumes even though I am a size 14

I received my order and sent it back requesting a refund but haven’t heard anything since and haven’t been able to log onto the website to speak to you. I would like to know when I will be getting my refund

Item was fine for what was required, arrived as per the expected delivery date. The cube item was a bit flimsy so didn't always stay cube like but served its purpose.

I have purchased off Escapade a couple of times now the outfits are really good and for the price you pay compared to other stores. However I'm slightly dissapointed in my last purchase voo doo dolly costume as online I ordered a large 14-16 and when I actually got it the packet said large 12-14 so it didn't fit I went to return it and because I hadn't set up a returns policy I couldn't sto that was disappointing. Don't fancy that happening again

Part of my order was missing and this company’s response was to give me an instant refund! Unfortunately I had to reorder and would therefore have to pay for postage again, which I think is ridiculous. So I abandoned it.

No matter where I buy Fancy Dress accessories from they all seem to be such cheap quality nowadays. I own a FD hire shop and have done for over 30 years. FD accessories used to vary in quality and there were good quality items available as well as cheap. Sadly this is no longer the case. I suspect all come from China and all are cheap and nasty made form the cheapest materials they can get their hands on. Not Escapades fault but frustrating for buyers like me!

As a 9 year old , I ordered the killer clown girls costume, size 8 to 10. I have received the order, no fault in the delivery. But what you have sent me is a size 8 to 10 adult dress, this has put the whole Halloween get up into a bit of a mess. Can you help me, thanks mia.

The actual dress is made to a great standard, but the wig that came with the costume looks as if someone had hacked at the underneath with scissors leaving it very thin so it doesn’t look as full as it should.

When my order arrived, out if the 6 things i ordered, 3 were doubled up! So i was charged twice for 3 of the items, and I received 2 of them, which i had to return at my cost! I rang to speak to someone as the website said the lines were open until 7pm, after waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes i was cut off, when i called back the message said that the offices were now closed as it was after 5.30pm. I can imagine it may have been my error to accidentally click on one item twice and order one item twice, but not 3 separate items.

The garment was good but when on there wasn’t anything to keep the top up so had to return
