“Feels nice going on but have had a terrible reaction to the product and has left my skin in a horrible raised bumpy itchy rash . Reached out to the so called "skin team" on a Thursday and she said they would contact me on Monday and to take an antihistamine in the meantime ... No one has contacted me and it has now been a week since that Monday ... The bumpy rash will not go away so don't recommend the product and the customer service hasn't been good either skin looks worse than before and seeing how it is so expensive it's a real shame”
“I ordered items from them, supposedly the items have arrived at the post office here in the UK, in July 24th, we’re august 15th …. And it’s not despatched. I cannot contact the depot here and esmi has simply said we can’t help you, you have to contact them yourself. As a business, having already taken my money for this, it’s quite shocking to hear that’s your response and you’re happy to simply wash your hands off with the issue. So not only do I have to raise a complaint with you, I also have to now bend over backwards to try and reach the delivery depot myself to check where YOUR order is and failing to do that then what????

“I've been so disappointed with this sunscreen. The smell is not pleasant, and no matter how well I rub it it I end up with white residue. It also doesn't play well with my other skin products and causes pilling. I definitely won't be purchasing again.”
