“Friendly customer service, informed me of a short delay in delivery straight away and gave me an accurate delivery estimate and the option to cancel my order if I wished. Furniture arrived on time in excellent condition and I'm very pleased with it.”

“Easy transaction, even with application for credit of which we could choose the amount/term/deposit to minimise financial burden. Furniture delivered the day after order process and it is fantastic quality. We are really pleased with it and the whole process.”

“The price for my item was at least £50 lower with Esprahome than anywhere else. There was an issue with my delivery (item was damaged by courier, not Esprahome's fault). Simon was very communicative and helpful in getting this resolved. I would certainly use Esprahome again.”

“Very helpful and polite. The guy that I was in touch with about my order ( Simon ) was so nice. We could have gone with another company because Esprahome didn't have our item in stock, but because of their caring attitude we stayed with them and they came up trumps The only negative comment I have is that the box that the unit came in was damaged, this is down to the carriers I would expect. So we now have to check on what's inside to make sure nothing's been damaged. And as it's a Xmas present we didn't want to have to do that.”
