"I had previously taken out insurance with esure in 2022 to drive my son's car while it was up for sale. This was really easy to arrange and subsequently cancel when no longer needed. I then used esure for my own car insurance upon renewal and have had an equally great experience. No hard sell, no endless emails, great telephone staff and online access. No idea why I had to rate the food on this form though?!"

“Spent hours and still can not get through to the total loss team, Not happy its discussing service and underhanded sneaky hidden policy details. and to charge £856.99 on top of £650 excess after a none fault accident because my mileage was slightly over what I guessed. I called esure regarding a leak in a leak in my roof. I was on hold for over 1hour and 10 mins. Eventually I got through to an agent, she was NOT very helpful and could not wait to get of the phone. she gave me another number to call. I called another she gave me and was holding over 2 hours before I hung up. My issue is still not resolved and this is the 2nd time I had the same experience within 6 months. I would NOT recommend anyone to go with esure.

"They helped me when I needed and much much more than that you have great tools on their website where you can choose or change your policy how you like . They let you to use Zego business insurance over them to be able to deliver fast food . And they are kind with customers .Bravo ensure."

Total loss teams wait time is ridiculous. I've been waiting for over an hour. Yesterday same thing gave up after an hour and a half. Esure Customer service phone no. +1 805 410 5040. Basically, I had already who I wanted to get insured with but it was such a hassle to actually pay for it. I decided to go elsewhere and settled for Esure. There website was very easy to navigate and I filled in my details and it was a bit cheaper so I was happy. When I got to the pay now part, put my number in and it took payment. The whole process was simple and took less than 10minutes, including activating my account and downloading my Certificate of Insurance. Depending on the renewal cost in 2023 I will definitely be using them again. Thankyou Esure
