“"i have recently changed my car for the first time in nearly 25 years.i had a policy with esure which i needed to cancel.i took another policy out with them.unlike the dvla who give you money back for unused tax insurance companies charge a large fee.\r\nthis i think is a bit harsh.i will therefore be more careful about time of year i change my car.iit could turn out when you cancel a policy thay you have to pay more than you could get back."”

“"Have used ensure now for a few years have a few vehicles insured with them never had a issue with their service whenever I have needed to speak to a representive at ensure .\r\nThe service has been excellent very helpful and polite .\r\nThe only issue I have is accessing my online account it never recognises my password when I log on and I have not changed it I have spoken to esure regarding this but still have the issue .\r\nThe only other thing I would have liked as I have a few vehicles insured with them is to have been maybe given the price and option of having multi car insurance .\r\nApart from these two issues I have found esure very helpful reliable and very competetive on price ."”
