“Ich habe diese Hülle bestellt, weil meine erste nach sehr langer Zeit jetzt mal kaputt ist. Wollte aber unbedingt wieder XOUXOU, weil die Farben toll sind und der Preis stimmt! Die Lieferung war sehr schnell!”

“I ordered a case on sale since last time I order I received it scratched (Xouxou did refund me though which I appreciated a lot). I did use it the refunded one and it ended up rusty and impossible to adjust after a week of using it, from a few water drops from using it on the beach. This time I received a case that was still not in a good state / dirty. I cannot believe how those cases can be sold at such an expensive prices and still be sent to consumer in such a state and being so easily damaged. I don’t think the quality is worth the price. I do like how useful the products are though.”

We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our product, Lucille. There is sometimes a very thin protective film on the case to protect the case during transportation. If you scratch it with your fingernail on a corner you can easily peel off the foil. “Very good indeed. Fast shipping, amazing customer service, super great Phone necklaces in various colors BUT please Xouxou, try to solve the problem with the connection part between carabiner and Bandholder since it seems to wear out. My brother already contacted you, I won't since I fixed it with super glue (works but you can't turn the part anymore) I think this kinda products should last longer than almost a year even with daily use. (Photo attached with the part, the pin, in question) And also, please please integrate Samsung to your offering. Cases for phones as well as buds, that would the the cherry on top. However, that's the only critics I have. My brother and I each have 3 necklaces and we are very happy.”
