I do not recommend this company!! Horrible customer service, where after two emails, they stop responding despite it being their mistake (the phone cover had couple of visible plastic burrs and holes which do not reflect the high price). I can’t get any compensation or even get in touch with them. Unprofessional behavior and poor-quality products!!! ORDER: EU654454

After one month the paint is chipping and rubbing off giving a permanently dirty look. For the price I expected a premium case but I would have been better getting something cheap off amazon. Would not recommend at all.

I love the products and am a repeat customer. However, this time, my product didn’t arrive even after one month. When I contacted them, they requested that I write a signed letter promising that if I received the product after they sent a replacement or issued a refund, I would return the product at my own expense. That was their condition. Fortunately, my product was returned to them, and I received a refund. But I have never encountered such an unreasonable service before! While I love the product, I am hesitant to spend any more money until they improve their customer service.

What a profound disappointment with both the product quality and customer service I have experienced recently. Despite my attempts to resolve issues with a tarnishing Carabiner Rope and AirPod Case, the response from the team has left me disheartened and disappointed. I have been a loyal customer and have recommended XOUXOU to numerous individuals. However, given the recurring problems and the inadequate resolution process, I am adamant that I will no longer be purchasing from this brand. It is truly a shame that my loyalty has not been met with understanding and flexibility. I had hoped for a more accommodating response, especially considering the assurance I received during a previous exchange with Gülsen. I genuinely admired your products and wanted to continue supporting the brand. However, the ongoing issues and the lack of a satisfactory resolution have compelled me to explore alternatives. Given my experience, and the experience of others I have read about on here with similarly less than satisfactory experiences, I sincerely hope improvements can be made for the benefit of both existing and future customers if this brand is to continue trading.

It is a really ballsy move by the company to ask me for a review whilst I am still waiting for delivery. Paid for an express delivery -up to 4 days, and after 23 days I still have no clue where is the parcel. So, no, I can’t tell if I like the product.

Love the cover, hate the non integration of MagSafe. If I understood earlier that MagSafe is a 10 euro worth black plaque on top of the cover, I’d never have bought it !!!!

Never ever have I experienced such a non professional client service. But even worse is the quality of the products. They break after a short time of usage. Dear customer service: I send an item back and am still waiting for my money. So either you send it back to me or refund the amount. You see - I am quite upset

I have ordered your product 2 weeks ago. My location is Belgium. According to the tracker the product has been transported from Germany into transit in Australia… (?!) that does not seem to be the most ecological route for a very small product…

Unfortunately my phone necklace already broke. In general the phone case had already after a few weeks lost a huge part of its coating. For a case that costs 55€ I would not expect it to break already after 6 months of usage. I think that is not what XOUXOU would like to stand for. Very sad
