“Love the ingenious design and colours. I have had 4 of these eyelet cases break for me and family members I have ordered for, so that is really disappointing, but I have a new phone so have tried again, and hoping they have been improved and this one will last longer.”

“J’adore le look mais malheureusement parfois ne dure pas dans le temps avec un usage quotidien. La photo est un xouxou que j’ai eu pour noel et qui est deja cassé ( trou usé et du coup la vis sort par le trou ) ….”

“I like the quality of the product itself and the different hooks for the phone necklaces. I am not so happy with colors within the sets (which against all odds don´t match)”

“I ordered a case on sale since last time I order I received it scratched (Xouxou did refund me though which I appreciated a lot). I did use it the refunded one and it ended up rusty and impossible to adjust after a week of using it, from a few water drops from using it on the beach. This time I received a case that was still not in a good state / dirty. I cannot believe how those cases can be sold at such an expensive prices and still be sent to consumer in such a state and being so easily damaged. I don’t think the quality is worth the price. I do like how useful the products are though.”

We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our product, Lucille. There is sometimes a very thin protective film on the case to protect the case during transportation. If you scratch it with your fingernail on a corner you can easily peel off the foil. “I love the style, the colors, and the concept that makes everything so convenient! BUT the quality is not there... I bought my 3rd XOUXOU 5 months ago and it is already broken at the level between the webbing and the carabiner.”

“lovely products but sadly they are not durable and break within a year of light usage (the ears for attaching the rope). Not sustainable, and certainly not worth the relatively high cost if they don't last!”

“Xouxou products are very bright and catch eye. But I’m disappointed in the brand as guarantee of the delivery. I was left alone by support team while trying to receive the prepaid order with prepaid delivery. Unfortunately I’ll not recommend Xouxou as a reliable supplier.”

“Good idea It works, but durability is a problem for my intense use I bought total black wires and clips , the metal part loose color rapidly , the clips broken….. 🤷‍♂️”

“Nice quality of cover and strings. However the metal parts (carabiner) get open when wearing, so i already lost my phone twice while using xouxou products….lock should be secured much better”

“New caves are much more durable than before, but the carabiners are no match to the first generation. I’ve changed three lanyards with new carabiners within several months. It’s a thing you can’t rely on, and I don’t like that. You should provide an option to order the sturdy first type of carabiners. I’d have bought it even with double cost.”

“The design is nice, but the functionality and quality not so much. The phone case buttons are not fitting properly and they are hard to push. Also, the paint on the phone case is poor. After 3 days it already started to come off on corners. I returned the product. Not satisfied.”

“The customer experience was good overall the package was sent quickly, and some products like the necklace seem cool but I am halfway happy. The necklace part is quite sensible to open by itself, which is quite dangerous because i can risk to lose my iPhone or airpods. It just open on his own when moving the wire. Plus the worst thing is that I bought one "sand" case, which looks cool but that is really terrible in the form, if I put the iPhone in it I cannot even use the buttons! It's basically unusable. I don't understand how customers can use it.”
