“Very good indeed. Fast shipping, amazing customer service, super great Phone necklaces in various colors BUT please Xouxou, try to solve the problem with the connection part between carabiner and Bandholder since it seems to wear out. My brother already contacted you, I won't since I fixed it with super glue (works but you can't turn the part anymore) I think this kinda products should last longer than almost a year even with daily use. (Photo attached with the part, the pin, in question) And also, please please integrate Samsung to your offering. Cases for phones as well as buds, that would the the cherry on top. However, that's the only critics I have. My brother and I each have 3 necklaces and we are very happy.”
