I was initially unhappy because of a communication from you. Adam sorted it all out for me in a very efficient and friendly manner. I was extremely satisfied with the way it was handled. Europasat customer service is always fast and friendly.

It was lovely talking to Camilo, he was super helpful and knew what he was talking about. Delighted that they can provide us with internet even though no one else can. Now I just need to see what the actual internet speed is which we'll know within 15 days because Eurostat also have super fast installation times - yipee!

Europasat didn't make me happy , Im just happy , BUT , I got very helpful service with my request and some extra help with my contract , I can't remember the blokes name but he was very patient with me and sorted out a problem I didn't even know I had ( he got me on a better contract ).

Everything has went wrong with europasat from the start to what’s not even the end! To start with I called up to make an account and was told that day I would have internet, it didn’t get sorted till about three months down the line. The customer service is shocking constantly on hold and so cant get anything sorted. Thankfully I’ve left europasat and moved to a property where I don’t need satellite internet but they still keep taking money from my bank account for it even after cancelling my account in February, and to no surprise I call up to complain and I’m put on hold or passed onto someone else, they won’t even reply to emails. I seriously wouldn’t recommend them and anyone else I have spoken to said the same thing.

After finally getting through on the phone I was put on hold whilst they looked into an issue with my account as our Garden Centre and Restaurant had ground to a halt (which turned out to be usage of all of our data following windows updates) whilst on hold after about 20-30 mins the phone system then hung up on me, I rang back and waited another 20-30 mins and did not even manage to speak to someone before I was hung up on, on the third attempt I believe I spoke to someone and was eventually put through to Tech support but had to ring them back, thankfully he advised me to press option 3 when I rang and they answered promptly and resolved the problem straight away, my only issue was dealing with either sales or accounts, I would say if like me you ring up and speak to someone and you need transferring give them your number in case you get disconnected or put on hold for eternity.

Hi, From Neil Sheridan in sales and Brenda O’Connor dealing with problems in the Irish Office the service I received was second to none and above and beyond normal sales and payments staff... more recently I’ve had dealings with Wajed and he offered me the new contract without being asked and his help was brilliant... last but not least I’ve had reason to deal with Patrick Williams and again his help and attitude( in dealing with a slightly irate customer!) was brilliant and much appreciated- his humour and patience in dealing with said customer was A1 and finally just to say thanks to all. Pat Boland.

I called in with two problems, one long-standing relating to my VoIP service, one new. The first member of the technical team simply told me that Europasat didn't offer a phone service, and disconnected the line. That part was very disatisfactory, and the technician deserves a negative score for his politeness and efforts. I called back as soon as the line was re-established, and this time Gabor answered. I explained the first problem. He knew immediately what the problem was, and how to solve it. Then I explained the second one. That was more tricky, but he knew what to do, what information he needed me to collect my end, who to send this information to, and the problem was resolved by the end of the day. I have had a satellite internet connection for 7 years, until February with BeyonDSL, and now with yourselves, and have had frequent issues and many frustrating phone calls with them over the years. I will have spoken to 30 or 40 different people. I would say that Gabor ranks in the top three of all these technicians. He has a pleasant manner, is polite and efficient, and quick to understand the problem. If I get another problem in the future, I hope he is working when I call in!

A dish fitted without waterproof connections so the service has never worked and despite promises, Europasat haven't sent an engineer. We've been trying to cancel the service for over four months. Even this hasn't happened and we've had to cancel the account to stop any more payment being taken. Despite repeated promises, we've never received a refund. Customer Support is non existent. We're about to take them to court to get our money back.

Si I pay these guys €1,200 for speeds of about 3 to 4k?? I then try to contact them and am kept on hold for 10+ minutes. Customer service - that's a JOKE.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFERED. EXHAUSTED MYSELF LISTENING TO "YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT... BLA BLA BLA". WAS ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 10/15MINUTES ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION AND ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED. REQUESTED CALL BACK SERVICE BUT STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL BACK, EVEN AFTER 5DAYS. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE OR LACK OF.

Useless accounts system. Have rung several times to get errors rectified. I am assured errors will be corrected but they are not. I don't ring anymore - I insist on email communication so that I have something in writing.
