This company is horrific!! Please do not place your trust in this company being able to provide you with internet. Living out in the country, we are limited as to which internet providers we can use thinking we had found the answer with satellite broadband. Originally avonline, they seem to have been taken over by europasat recently and the service has gone out of the window. We have been without internet since the 1st December, sent parts to fit ourselves which hasn't done anything, had an engineer out who couldn't figure out what was wrong and then nothing. No call backs when promised someone would, no investigation in to why we are without internet as promised and no cares as to providing the service we are paying for. They advise on the message played whilst on hold for 20-30 minutes each time that they offer fast broadband for any company... don't believe their lies!! We have this for our small business and it is really starting to impact us now. All we get when we ring up is being passed from department to department, followed by a clueless engineer or customer service representative who have no idea what is going on with our service, why this hasn't been escalated when we go through all the details and still no solution. Don't waste your time!!

Signed up to europasat but they couldn't get a signal from my house that was over 3 weeks ago and i still haven't received my money back! I have called been put on hold or hung up on and used the website with no reply. Please can someone sort this

We have had the satellite for 10 months and it has worked for about 4 of those months. They keep promising an engineer to come and visit and instead they post a new modem which is not the problem. Don't get one its useless and expensive.

This company has one of the worst customer services I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. There simply is not enough space here to tell you how bad they are or how upset I am with them, deal with them at your peril

I have been with Europasat since 2013, at which point they seemed to have an appropriate number of staff for the customer base. Since then, it has been downhill all the way - I have no idea how many days of my life have been spent listening to their hold message and, when you do get through it appears that most of the staff are either new or clueless. Europasat are simply resellers for the AstraConnect service and do not offer any kind of value-add, just a complete lack of customer service. Time to start looking elsewhere...

This company used to offer a fast, friendly and very helpful service. It is now absolutely appalling. No rely from Customer Service and no reply from Chat. They don't seem to understand simple emails either. Very disappointing to see a once highly efficient company go downhill.

Absolute nightmare company - satellite broadband was installed which was promised to be much better than my existing provider- turned out to be very slow and had difficulty even normal browsing. No problem, got them to remove the system as it had been miss-sold and they would refund my costs / monthly fees. Spoke to Phillip, customer services manager who promised to resolve the refund and cancel my account. What happens next ? They take another payment out of my bank account !!!! I was livid - I was now paying for services I had cancelled - weeks later I have still not received any refunds at all and unbelievably they have sent me another invoice for this month !!!!!!!! Be very careful as my payments are not direct debit they are a card authorisation and they just carry on taking money as they feel fit ! and the bank says they can't guarantee they stop this payment even though I have requested they don't allow it to be taken from my account !! Doesn't seem like they can stop accounts as I have contacted them on many occasions and they still after all this time are requesting money !!!! Steer clear of this company !!

EVERYTHING, i was with QSat, another great story 4 another day, it started off all good, except for the part that no1 seems 2 no anything about what their doing, they set me up on their SES system, such a mess, 1st thing they dont tell u is, what the Internet is all about i think really is "UPDATES" yes "UPDATES" , this SES thing doesnt do WINDOWS UPDATES!!!!!! or Any Game Console UPDATES, I have 2 travel up2 my friends house 10 miles away everytime any of my game consoles need updating, for da kids, az for my laptop, i bring it to work, now the boss keeps on to me about it, EUROPASAT never highlighted this to me in the begining, if they did i definitly would have chose the TOOWAY System , this 1 seems to do UPDATES, im waiting for fibre 2 come near me & this is worse than torture, stay away from EUROPASAT people, absolute MUCK!!!!!!

Over 25 minutes on hold before giving up... Online chat also not responded within 20 minutes. Terrible service given it's 4:30pm in the afternoon.

You may get a semi-reasonable speed at the start of the contract but it rapidly drops until it is un-usuable. The customer service is appalling - promises of refunds take months and multiple emails/phone calls to eventually get action. Technical help (non native English speaker so very difficult to understand and generally works by reading from a script) advise purchasing different equipment (at the cost of £200) that makes no difference whatsoever. Almost a year after we stopped being able to use it, we are still receiving demands for money we do not owe! All in all, a total shambles.

Had a system installed two weeks ago, very slow, even slower than my talk talk service which is miles from the exchange, spent over 3 hrs on the phone waiting for someone to answer at different times, took £90 out of my account for a 'service charge' which they couldn't explain - still waiting for a refund, their technical team told us they would talk to the satellite provider to turn our signal up !! - guessing that's NASA ! Got them to remove the system yesterday, All in all a bad experience , the 1 star is for the staff who are very nice when you can eventually get through to them.

Still since June this year I have no proper internet I did speak to Alex who said that it would be put right new dish installed September 1st and New router ASUS but still no WiFi even to this day it’s now Nov 6th spoke to mr Robert Bruce from accounts because they want payment mr Bruce said he will sort it out but it’s stull not sorted out still waiting for Alex to contact me what an awful company I can never reccomend it I amarDio presents for 2ndcityradio.net this will now be my topic of conversation for my show tomorrow

Atrocious to non-existent customer service. They simply do next to nothing when responding to queries. I have been with them 4 months and I have been double invoiced on two months!!!! Whatever you do, avoid 'unlimited package' - it only delivers about 30kbs as it is severely 'throttled down' by Europasat. They switched me onto 50GB package and one month the simply cut me off for no reason. If you can avoid them, then do. You will spent so much time and effort trying to resolve all their self-imposed problems.

Terribly overpriced and not particularly fast compared to standard broadband. Feels like they're taking advantage of people who are unfortunate enough to live where standard broadband is not available. Some months I only get five days usage from my £25 plan, even though I heavily restrict my usage and avoid all streaming, downloads etc. Even at their most expensive plan, you'd still be limited to 200GB data (that's counting both downloads AND uploads) and it's over £400 a month! That's not a typo, thats FOUR HUNDRED. When others are offering unlimited for a fraction of the cost? Seriously Europasat?

Back in the days of Tooway Direct the internet speeds and customer service was very good. However recently now that they are Europasat, they seem to be really struggling to provide a good internet service and deal with customer service or technical queries in a timely manner. It's a real shame but at least it forced me to look at alternatives. I'm now using a 4G router with an external antenna and although I only get 2 bars of 4G signal I get consistently better speeds than with Europasat and the latency is much less (around 50ms rather than nearly 800ms with satellite) which makes a huge difference to everything from web browsing, watching YouTube and using VOIP. I get 100GB per month with my 4G package compared to 40GB per month with Europasat and it costs me less than £20 a month compared to £50 with Europasat. I'd strongly suggest looking into 4G options rather than using satellite broadband if you can't get ADSL.

Only reason they get one star is because I had to click a star to leave a review. DO NOT sign up with Europasat. Signed up with them in June 2017 took the engineer a whole day to install the equipment with him moaning about how it should only take an hour. Since day one we have had massive issues with data, I use it for checking email and facebook NOTHING ELSE! but apparently according to Europasat I am using over 500MB data in two hours!! This company is a complete joke. Cannot get to speak with anyone from customer service and IT support just send a list of numbers for the data usage which tells me nothing. Do yourself a favour and go else where.

""Shambles - speed is no where need advertised (lucky if you get 7mb offpeak) - online chat does not work - they just cut you off - calling them up even worse - they pick up then cut you off, pick up and transfer you onto another wait or just never pick up - if you can avoid them, do yourslef a favour and find another provider. I'd love to know who's leaving all these 5 star reviews.

The staff are fantastic but the waiting time is horrific. The Internet is slow shitty and extortionate. Not value for money. Forced due to geographics to have this service.
