“I sent the below e-Mail and have not received any response. There was an issue with my delivery of order #248431. I received it last Saturday and when I opened the box 2 of the Sukin bottles had opened during transport. Luckily the spill was contained in the bag the 4 bottles were packed in. A decent amount of the colour care shampoo bottle leaked into the bag making quite the mess. The other opened bottle did not appear to spill. The tops of these should be taped to ensure they do not open during transport or they should be stood upright and prevented from falling around the place and being squashed.”
“I really appreciate the care Evergreen put into safeguarding the delivery. But the individual product wrapping was a bit ott. All fourteen pack were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and taped. Appreciate the safeguarding of packs of flour but a better way to safeguard multiple packs together would be appreciated.”
“I love to shop in this online store, although sometimes it takes a bit longer for them to ship and sometimes not all the products are in stock, so they send the package without them and refund them.”
“I love the products that evergreen supply but the customer service ordering online is really poor. I waited a week for an order, with no communication as to the delay ( I live in Galway so usually it’s a 2 day wait max) despite two emails. Eventually I called them, was informed the delay was due to one item being out of stock. The order was delivered the next day with a ridiculous amount of plastic packaging, most of it unrecycleable. . In this day and age, there is no excuse for not using cardboard/paper for wrapping , all the other health food stores I order from in Ireland do. I am still waiting for a response from customer service as to why they did not respond to my two emails and why they didn’t get in touch to explain what the delay was.”
“Not much communication after placing the order. There was no information as to when it will be shipped. When I sent a message to ask there was no reply. Only a week after placing the order it wa sent out and I think it’s way too long.”
