“The staff were in touch at every stage of the process, from shipping to processing to delivery. They salvaged at least some content from reels that were more than fifty years old and that had been stored in a damp basement. It wasn't as much material as I had hoped, but I'm convinced they did what could be done.”

“My complete interaction with Everpresent has been entirely professional and easy. From the initial conversation to receiving the final product was smooth and straightforward. Through periodic emails and occasional phone calls, I knew exactly what to expect while waiting for my 8mm video cassettes to be converted into a digital format and I felt comfortable that my tapes were being handled carefully. I was not disappointed whatsoever with the delivery and quality of the final product. I have and will continue to recommend Everpresent as the best place I know to have this type of work done.”

“I received a gift certificate for Christmas because I wanted to have my camcorder tapes transferred to a USB. Everpresent did an amazing job. They updated me every step of the way. I am enjoying watching all the memories and so excited to share them with my children.”
