“the work and communciation was all done very smoothly
faster than I expected
I did not like being solicited for a TIP for the workers after the product was delivered”
“I was very happy with the results of my home videos that were transferred to DVD's. They were very thorough . I recommend them to my friends and family.”
“I had a wonderful experience with EVERPRESENT. As a surprise anniversary gift, I had our 30 year old wedding VHS converted. EVERPRESENT kept in constant contact with me, informing me of the steps involved in the process. Personal phone calls from a real person - a rarity now-a-days. The conversion was ready a week early! Their website is easy to navigate and we are planning to convert more media and maintain our membership.”
“So preferable to be able to deliver the family videos in person and know that the videos are in capable hands and not traveling around the country! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We will continue to bring our old videos to Everpresent to preserve those valuable memories!”
“My mom cried when she heard the recording for the first time. It was such a blessing to be able to share this audio with her that she hadn't heard in decades! The entire process with EverPresent was incredibly smooth and professional.”
“They sent me an email with status every step in their process. It's simple communication but I find it very important to help my confidence that all is going well.”
