they are a family heirloom, taken by my father, starting the year I was born, 1941. The quality was surprisingly good considering all the years these reels spent in a storage container. I opted for the HD 2K version because I am editing the video into a documentary which, will ultimately be viewed by family members on HDTV screens. The whole process was seamless and totally, professional. The step- by step feedback was very reassuring. I will be placing another order for more 8mm conversions as the project progresses. Also, the drop off service at Massapequa, N.Y. outlet was very convenient.”
