“Great personal service. Our family inherited many 8mm rolls of film from our late mother. Our initial small batch was sent to Everpresent years ago when they were in Texas. As a return customer, the next batch again brought back memories for immediate family as well as many relatives. EP kept me informed of every step in the process. Knowing we've got many more rolls to go through, I will definitely entrust them with our family treasures.”

“I had a 30 year old video cassette and it was transferred to both a DVD and thumb drive at my request. The quality was excellent. Everpresent kept me apprised of the progress every step of the way. I appreciated that the precious cassette was always in the custody of a person - no chance of getting lost in transit. I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the process.”
