It was quite simple getting the materials to EverPresent, no need to ship, they have drop-off and pick-up locations and one of them was a shop just around the corner from where I live, very convenient. The process took a while--as expected, not a problem--and the company sent regular email progress reports. The price seemed quite reasonable for this volume of work and the end results were excellent, we now have digital versions of all the old home movies. The quality matches the quality of the originals, not much if anything was lost in the process of digitizing. The company gave me the digital versions on a flash drive and they are also available for six months on a web archive, so everyone in the family has been able to view them.
