“Good, but I was disappointed in the discount code I got for joining their mailing list. It said 10% off any purchase, but when I went to use it, I found it couldn't be used on sale items. I notified customer service by email and got no response. Also, they need to demand better service from USPS. My first package was lost because evidently sometimes USPS doesn't do periodic scanning (?) and lost my package, so they had to reship it to me. Still giving four stars because the service was great both times I called the customer service number.”

“Well I received the wrong order to begin with. I then attempted to contact evolve and left messages regarding my order in which no one bothered to call me back. I have now attempted to email customer service in Hope's they will call me back! This has been hands down the WORST customer service I have received.”

Hey Knut-Arne, Im sorry if you didn't get the leggings the first time. They look like they got held up in customs in Norway and re-shipped back to us. However they were re-shipped out and delivered to you on 3/8. Let me know if you didn't get them. Im sorry for the delay, we can not control customs requirements with all other countries outside the USA. We are now shipping with FedEx which we can make sure items are delivered to you on time within 10 days. Thanks, Kyla
