“Hi, I would like to check if the cameras you sent to me is really brand new? I just notice that it doesnt look brand new and untouched based on the packaging and the setting inside the camera shows that it has been modified which is a hint that it has been used. I would like to get your statement on this matter please? I look forward to get this cleared up. Thank you so much”

“I bought my first mirrorless camera online. The customer service representative was very helpful in answering my questions. I was hesitant at first ordering a 1,500 expensive camera online but when I received my order, it was packaged well and arrived within 3 days. Camera is brand new, no scratches or damages. I am very impressed with ExcellentPhoto and as well as the quality of my new camera.”
