They sent me a used open box test/demo piece when I placed an order for a brand new one. I sent them photos of the scratches and scuff marks on the tripod and partially broken box, etc., (all of those were minor but left me suspicious about the supposedly "brand new" condition). They got back to me saying a demo piece was sent because of an error and gave partial refund of 20%. When I placed an order which was having a discount at that time, the product listing immediately showed as 'sold out', indicating that someone in there (in addition to their systems) knew it was the last piece that they were selling? Basically someone put a used test/demo piece from their store back in a torn box and kept it in their inventory and counted it along with brand new unopened pieces, someone packed this broken box item and sent it across to me as if this were an unopened new piece. I find it hard to believe that none of these people in this chain knew that it's an old piece and would be sold off as a new one to an unsuspecting customer. What if I had not reached out raising suspicion? Good the sales team acknowledged the "inadvertent error" and partially refunded, but bad that someone else in the whole team was willfully negligent of attempting to do what they did.

Bought an open box RS3 Pro. It was missing the USB-C multi cable. I emailed support/sales. No response. Disappointed.

The products are good but customer service is not.I had an error with my order - they sent the wrong product and I have tried to call - no answer - and to speak with someone onll their chat option. Someone respinded days later and I replied right away - still no reply nor resolve and it has been over a week.

The package was returned without opening it, because it arrived too late. I have not heard about the refund yet, though I did write earlier. Please let me know that the refund is in order. The package was refused and returned at the post office.

My package hasn't been delivered yet to me. and Canada Post is investigating this now. Just hope you guys can update me once you hear anything from them.

Unfortunately I had to return one order because albums were too small. On that order I lost at least10%. Not sure why. My second order with big albums was good

After ordering, it was shipped quickly and arrived quickly, but there were two stains on the backpack. It did not come off even after washing. It is very disappointing.

I was sold an open box repaired camera without disclosure of this. It was supposedly new in sealed box? I paid new price. No discount and no compensation until I complained. I was offered $20 or an option to return camera for another one. Inadequate in my view. I think more could’ve been done and I suspect they hoped I wouldn’t notice.

Lorsque j'ai parlé avec un représentant, qui m'a confirmé que le télé convertisseur que j'avais acheté ne fonctionnerait pas avec mon objectif Sigma, on ne m'a jamais parlé qu'il fallait faire une demande de retour et même quand j'ai demandé par chat, la confirmation de l'adresse de retour à Jane. Si je n'aurais pas appelé pour vérifier s'il avait reçu mon colis, jamais je n'aurais su. Très déçu.

J'ai reçu une boîte ouverte lors de mon achat. Cela n'avais pas été mentionné sur le site même si l'article était en réduction. Dernier achat ici, je commanderai chez Gosselin Photos à l'avenir.

Received my camera not the charger when I placed order again Clearly got denied when I asked to reimbursed me had to miss my two shoots because i gave commitment to get there for taking photos but well I couldn’t charge my camera or buy another battery that instant.

So far the experience with ExcellentPhoto is not too good. They didn’t ship me the product I ordered and so far they haven’t fixed their mistake by sending the correct one.

Not sure what to do, been trying for three days to reach someone about a return. No response to emails, phone seems down, no response to web chat... Excellent experience in the past, what happened?

I am new to digital cameras and thought you guys forgot the Memory Card. I now have to read up on what type of card to get..... I realize this is not your fault and apparently this is standard practice. Might be an idea to point this out to future customers that the card is not included and you could suggest a card and charge them for one. So I wonder how many customers get this let down, other newbies like me, when you open up a gift you can't use. Now I will have to wait, how many weeks? Shut down. For a card.

Hi John, Digital cameras rarely come with memory cards, as each user has different needs. We always have an "in the box" section which specifies what's included.
