“I bought a monopod and the mechanism to tighten or loosen the plate to the head was not attached, and it did not have the right size of bolt inside so it has fallen off. It's a huge pain and I'll need to repair it.”

“Three out of four packages were very worn and all falling apart. As soon as I take them out of the bag, all the batteries just fell out from their original packaging. The batteries were made in 2016…. So they are already 8 years old. You would think this should be critical information provided on the website to the customers, because this is what determines if they want to purchase it or not.”

“I ordered a memory card reader from Excellent Photo and they shipped it quickly. The free shipping took around a week to reach me, which was reasonable. Unfortunately, it was the wrong card reader. I called customer service immediately, and a few days later received PDF of a return label, and instructions saying that they'd ship the correct one upon receiving the incorrect one instead of cross shipping with a pre-printed return label.”

“Would have rated higher if not for EP's shipping department deciding inexplicably to switch to a slower carrier. I got my shipment in time but only because the carrier unexpectedly delivered early. I contacted EP for an explanation but was never told why they switched.”

“Excellent products with fair prices but, I did not get the products on time which I paid extra. Also they sent me 1 wrong item, they replied fast though and was able to send the product back and hopefully I will receive the correct one soon.”

“Hi, I would like to check if the cameras you sent to me is really brand new? I just notice that it doesnt look brand new and untouched based on the packaging and the setting inside the camera shows that it has been modified which is a hint that it has been used.
