“Service was adequate, but I chose something very complicated, because there was insufficient information provided. I needed a very basic voice recorder. Perhaps you might make a note of the comment about providing more information, so items would be suitable to the customer's needs and result in fewer returns. Would I buy from Excellent Photo again? Perhaps if I could get full info and maybe a contact number of someone who could provide answers or alternate suggestions.”

“shipping was ok, but if the website had a better description on the camera spec’s i would definitely end up making a better purchase.”

“Je vous écris pour vous confirmer que le moyen de transport utilisé (PUROLATOR) ne donne pas de bon résultat pour une livraison dans la ville dans laquelle je demeure (G0X 1V0). Vous devriez offrir le service de Poste prioritaire avec Poste Canada lorsque la livraison doit être faite dans un bref délai. Sans rancune ! Et merci!”

“You asked, Sure the company is adequate enough, but charging $12 for 1-3 day delivery, then seeing it sit and sit and sit,(7 day total)then to get told, "Sorry, should have asked for another deliverer". I should have??? The postal fiasco ruined any sort of smooth business transaction although product came well packaged in great condition.”

“The radio was there, but the battery is missing. I would like to receive it. Thank you for reading me, but I hope an answer. I would like to by again with Excellen Photo, but if I don't receive an answer for the battery, I won't by again.”
