*DO NOT BUY THE CANON R5C FROM THEM* I ordered what was supposed to be a brand new Canon R5C, but what I received told a different story. There was dust around the buttons, baseplate marks on the bottom, and the shutter count was already around 1000 — clear signs it had been used. I contacted the store, and at first, they claimed it had only been shown to another customer and was “never used.” After I sent them photos, they finally agreed to a return. I did get a refund, which I appreciate, but I’m writing this review because of the inconvenience it caused. I missed out on a $1400 paid event and had to rent a replacement camera at the last minute. A refund was the bare minimum — they should have offered compensation for the lost opportunity and inconvenience. Very disappointing experience. Avoid them if you’re expecting truly new gear.

We sincerely apologize for the experience and completely understand your frustration. This situation was an exception, not our standard practice. Due to an unexpected stock shortage at the time, we sent a unit that had only been briefly viewed in-store as a demo. It was still in brand-new condition and never used. We were fully transparent about this and immediately offered options to make it right—including a discount or a full refund. Once you chose the refund, we fully agreed and proceeded without hesitation. While we regret that this experience didn’t meet your expectations, we’ve since listed the item as open box and taken steps to avoid this happening again. We truly value all our customers and take feedback seriously.

J'ai payé pour un livraison chez moi en 2 à 5 jours. Le colis à été livré 10 jours plus tard dans un bureau de poste coin Rosemont/Iberville ds l'arrondissement Rosemont alors que mon adresse est ds Hochelaga coin Pie-Ix et Ontario et qu'il y a un bureau de poste à 2 minutes de là. Je comprends le rapatriement du colis au bureau de poste quand nous ne sommes pas à la maison lors de la livraison, mais qu'il assoit amener ds un point de collecte aussi loin de chez moi que votre boutique, je trouve cela très ordinaire. Une échange courriel concernant le retard du à vos vacances, n'a pas été très sympathique. J'étais responsable de savoir que vous étitez en vacances!?! Sur la page du produit et quand je m,informais sur la livraison, en aucun cas un pop up n'est apparut pour informer du fait qu'il n'y avait pas de livraison. Vous avez peut-être mis une note sur votre page dAccueil ou dans les horraire, mais je suit passé directement sur la page du produit. J'ai reçu une confirmation de commande et de livriason en 2 à 5 jours. Je pense qu'il y a eu une lacune du côté de la mise à disposiiton de l'information. Vous avez simplement accepté le paiement pour la livraison sans l'honoré. Je suis très déçue.

A fraudulent company that does not respect customers. I bought a camera from them and it did not arrive. When I called them, they told me to wait 4 weeks. When I asked them for a refundThey told me they will send the money after 10 days. I do not advise anyone to buy from them.

When my package hadn't arrived yet, I noticed that the website was having a sale. After contacting customer service, they only responded to me once and didn't provide a solution, and then there was no further response.

Horrible service. I ordered a Canon camera which was advertised with a battery included. I reported the battery was not included. The initial response was "Hi Daniel, The unit is brand new and sealed, directly from the manufacturer. It does include a battery. Please double-check the box in case you missed it. I responded that I did not miss it, and received this response. Hi Daniel, Upon rechecking our system, it appears that there may have been an error on Canon's part. We thoroughly examined all the serial numbers and none of them corresponded to yours. Rest assured, the unit you received is completely new and directly from the manufacturer. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Typically, we would have contacted Canon to inquire about the possibility of arranging a battery shipped to you. However, since you have already purchased one, please inform us if there is anything else we can assist you with." How do you think I feel about your "service"? I did not get what I was promised and paid for and you guys are doing nothing. Yes, I purchased another battery so I could check if the camera worked! That does not absolve you of your responsibilities to a customer to deliver what you promised you didn't. I am strongly suggesting you send me the battery I should have received. I will be posting this review widely soon. I'd love to include a happy ending. I await your response.

Customers beware! Do not order anything from this store. I've had problems after ordering Panasonic S1R with lens. Camera arrived in "Not working" condition. Excellent Photo was informed immediately that camera not functional. Had no response for more than two weeks, then was eventually told to send a video proving the camera is not working. We did that and eventually received a shipping label to send it back so they could "test it out" to see the problem. Due to Excellent Photo's significant delay PayPal demand payment for faulty product. Customers - if you want to have a lot of problems and ready go to court shop with this company!!!

Hello Team, I recently acquired a Feiyu Tech Pocket Gimbal Camera with much anticipation for my upcoming journey to India. However, to my dismay, the device does not power on whatsoever. Despite charging the device until the green lights illuminate, it fails to start, whether plugged in or unplugged. This situation has caused me considerable embarrassment, especially considering that the camera was intended as a gift. Regrettably, I am unable to return to Canada for another four months. Consequently, I am reaching out to seek guidance on how to initiate the return and refund process. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in providing the necessary steps to resolve this matter. The product showed up defective. The box was unsealed which is very unusual for DJI and the item was not in it's original packaging. I am dissapointed with the way the item arrived and one of the key functions of the product is broken. Also, the supplier does not accept returns so I think I am stuck with this defective product.

Well, it was cheap. Half the price of purchasing from anywhere else. But I got what I paid for, or actually considerably less than what I paid for. One of the clips that attach the strap to my binoculars is broken and although I can use it I have had to wrap tape around the broken clip to prevent my binoculars falling. So, basically a waste of $16. Next time I'll go to a store and pay full price but at least then I'll be able to inspect the product before purchasing.

I emailed the store ahead of time to make sure they had a product in store before driving 2 hours to make a $3000 purchase. They assured me they had said product. Walk in the store and was promptly told they don't actually have the product. Not only do they not know what products they have the customer service was rude and unhelpful.

Was denied exchange request due to the item “having scratches and signs of use”. The item was in my possession for 75 minutes and was in mint condition… unless taking it out of the packaging and setting it on your table counts as “signs of use”. Brutal!
