“Scam! Too pricey for a poor quality item, i tried to cancel my order but they said it cannot be cancelled for some reasons. I cancelled my subscription within the trial dates but i was still charged afterwards. Fast shipping you said but it took 20 days to be delivered. I will never order again and will never recommend it to my friends. I was about to return the earpods as the right earpod has unnecessary sounds when turned on, but i was too stressed to do it because of my previous experience with the charging, shipping and cancellation of my subscription. Very bad and appaling online store!”

“Well I ordered it. It was sent with FedEx and never received it. FedEx said they dropped it off without a required signature. So I called and basically was told nothing can be done other then a police report. So now I'm out 150$ and no gift for my daughter.”

“I bought threw walmart.ca my item came previously opened, missing items and BROKEN. Excellent photo ran out the 30 day return policy before they would return my emails and now tell me it's too late to get my money back for my BROKEN product! I will not spend another penny towards this companies mistake. If they want the sham of a product back they will pay shipping.”

“I believe camera that we received isn’t brand new? Might have been an open box. When I tried to charge the battery using my own cables (used 3 different ones) it would not charge? We had to buy a separate charger and extra batteries as the camera is obviously unusable if we can’t charge it? We will see if any other issues happen but I have a feeling this is why it was returned by someone else and now resold agin to us? Not impressed”

“Did not received my 450$ order, I contacted Julia on monday who told me she was goign to check on it. I let her a message on friday morning without an recall from her. When Fedex contacted me, they said that a person to person delivery was not demanded and it is possible that their delivery guy just let the package at the front door !?! A 450$ order left at the front door is irresponsible from Fedex and you guys! This kind of situation should be resolved as quick as possible!”

Hi, All the items we sell are brand new, unless their title says "open box". Your unit must have been opened by the team for a test in the warehouse, since it's a brand-new model, but I can assure you it's never been used. Best regards, A
