“I confirmed by phone that the item I wanted was in stock as it appeared to be online. ( it was difficult to find!) The friendly knowledgeable staff member was very helpful. I wanted to be assured the item would arrive on time as I needed it by a certain date. I was assured it would be so! I live in Ontario and the item arrived next day. I was thrilled. Thank you for your friendly,efficient, knowledgeable service!”
