“The delivery was on time. The parcel was well packaged. The product was exactly as expected and of excellent construction. Everything is great but it is quite a heavy ball head. It locks firmly in place to support a heavy camera-lens package.”

“This purchase was easy to process using PayPal Credit. Shipping was fast from Canada to the US and the item was as described. ExcellentPhoto's ordering system sent an order reminder when I missed something for final check out and sent an e-mail to let me know to complete the order. I am not sure what I missed the first time, but it felt good that I was not left in limbo thinking I had completed the order. Thank you.”

“Bonjour je vous avoue que je ne connaissait pas Excellent Photo avant mon achat. J'ai trouvé heursement votre adresse sur internet alors que je cherchait à faire l'achat d'une pièce d'équipement pour ma nouvelle caméra. J'ai obtenu lors de mon achat par téléphone un service 5 Étoiles, je eu le plaisir de parler à une personne d'expérience qui connait la photo. Je vous avoue que normalement, mes achats étaient fait chez LL Lozeau mais à compter de maintenant je ferai mes prochains achats chez Excellent Photo, par internet et sur place puisque j'ai bien l'intention de passer vous voir. Je demeure en Estrie, à Lac Mégantic, encore Merci!”
