“I found a carbon fibre tripod on sale however I wanted to enquire about a particular functionality of the tripod. The customer service executive on the chat, though took a bit of time, was very helpful and clarified my questions. I placed the order and expected it to arrive in 3-5 days but surprisingly the tripod arrived the very next day. Thanks to Excellent Photo's prompt service on the order.”
