“Was skeptical not knowing the business, especially with the price difference between the others I looked at, so googled reviews and had lots of positive feedback. Bought the earbuds but didn't receive confirmation after a week, emailed them they sent me the tracking number and received them. Thanks.”

“The products are good but customer service is not.I had an error with my order - they sent the wrong product and I have tried to call - no answer - and to speak with someone onll their chat option. Someone respinded days later and I replied right away - still no reply nor resolve and it has been over a week.”

“Until yesterday, I was not familiar with this company. I was looking for a camera harness from a Canadian retailer, searched this company's web site, asked a question of their agent via the Live Chat function, which was answered promptly. I placed an order at 2:30 pm on Tuesday. Got immediate confirmation and a Canada Post tracking number, and an online receipt, and the product was delivered at 11:00 am Wednesday. Impressive service.”

“Was denied exchange request due to the item “having scratches and signs of use”. The item was in my possession for 75 minutes and was in mint condition… unless taking it out of the packaging and setting it on your table counts as “signs of use”. Brutal!”

“The package was returned without opening it, because it arrived too late. I have not heard about the refund yet, though I did write earlier. Please let me know that the refund is in order. The package was refused and returned at the post office.”
